This kills me, it really does.  I’ve been trying really hard not to be so mean lately but what fuck, some people just can’t stop making me annoyed.

Here is a snipit of a press release I just got …..

Alexander DeVoe entered the Adult arena in 1999. In 2002, he started Alexander DeVoe Productions Black Angel Entertainment. Known for his unique shooting style he refers to as “DeVoism”, DeVoe is an award-winning director with 21 Urban X Awards and 4 AVNs under his proverbial belt.

Alexander DeVoe brags that he has 21 Urban X Awards.  REALLY PEOPLE???????????  That’s like saying RYAN RAYZER HAS 21 LUKEFORD AWARDS.    I mean fuck, I can’t tell you how many people have already exposed the falseness that is the Urban X Awards since the creation of the show in 2008.

In summary, this chick co-created an award shows claiming it was for the urban side of the industry.  But really they pretty much only nominated themselves.  She nominated herself for Best Director – Body of Work, Best Director – Feature, and Best Videography.  She nominated her ex-husband Alexander DeVoe for a handful of awards in all ….  Best Director – Body of Work, Best Studio, Best Videography, and the nomination for the award of Visionary.

She also nominated her then boyfriend John E. Depth for an award as well.

So since 2008 – that’s a total of 3 years of this award show Alexander DeVoe has won a total 21 awards.

Fuck in 2010, they even put themselves in the Hall of Fame.  Nice, huh?

What’s sad about all of this corrupt bullshit is that it could really be a great awards show honoring those of ethnic backgrounds, but they go out of their way to flat out ignore actually popular ethnic porn stars like Gina Lynn, Eva Angelina or Jenaveve Jolie.  These three stars are HUGE – real porn stars making a big splash in the world, who have ethnic backgrounds.   You have other stars like Tori Black who loves to do interracial but she’s all but ignored as well by them.

There are a lot of great, super hot ethnic performers and it is to bad that this clearly corrupt, joke of an award.

The Urban X Awards when it first came out was called the Urban Spice Awards.  They defined themselves as “an award show created to honor all producers, directors, talent, companies and agencies who have worked hard throughout the year to produce the best ethnic content. The Urban Spice Awards will celebrate and showcase the achievements of Black, Latin, Asian and Interracial productions.”

In theory it sounds great.  Just to bad it’s a show put together but some clearly corrupt motherfuckers.

So I heard a story today, that Rick’s Cabaret in New York has not one but two bottles of the incredibly expensive 100 year old, Remy Martin Louis X111 Cognac.  They apparently are the only people in New York who have it right now so that makes it even more of a unique experience.

For those wondering about the name, the name pays homage to the King of France, during whose reign the Remy Martin Family settled in the Cognac region of France, which is where brand of ultra rare and expensive Congac comes from.  The first was created in 1874.  The United States first got a taste in 1878.

In 1938 it was served to King George VI and Queen Elisabeth II at  the Chateau De Versailles.  In 2001 they introduced a bottle that was encrusted with diamonds.  It is an experience you will never forget so if you haven’t tried it, and you have the opportunity to, you really should.

Two extremely rare bottles of Remy Martin 100 Year Old Louis X111 were delivered by armed security guards to Rick’s Cabaret New York’s VIP third floor.

The ultra luxury item sells for $1,750 per one ounce and Rick’s Cabaret gentlemen’s club is the only place in New York that has it. Who will be the first to taste it?

Justice report says child porn on the rise

A story today in the Houston Chronicle spreads new light on the exposure of child porn.  The story says that on the federal level alone more than 8,600 people have been prosecuted since October 2006.  The full story is below.

WASHINGTON — The spread of child pornography, fueled by technology and the Internet, is outpacing efforts to combat it, the Justice Department said Monday in a report to Congress that promises more arrests, prosecutions and better coordination among federal, state and local authorities.

Attorney General Eric Holder said the distribution of child pornography, the number of images being shared online and violence against child victims all have increased. “Tragically, the only place we’ve seen a decrease is in the age of victims,” Holder said in a speech at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in Alexandria, Va.

The report, ordered by Congress in legislation approved two years ago, concedes that the market for child pornography continues to grow rapidly and determining its size is impossible. “The number of offenders accessing the images and videos and the quantity of images and videos being traded is unknown,” the report said.

Creating or possessing images that depict the sexual abuse of children is illegal. There is no First Amendment protection for child pornography.

In announcing a national strategy for preventing child exploitation, Holder laid out several steps that he said would help authorities make progress:

– The U.S. Marshals Service will target the “top 500 most dangerous” sex offenders who have not registered with authorities in the states where they live.

– The Justice Department is creating a database intended to increase cooperation among authorities at all levels of government that investigate child porn cases.

– Thirty-eight new prosecutors will be hired for child porn cases.

The increased attention to fighting child pornography already has led to record numbers of prosecutions and tips. More than 8,600 people have been prosecuted at the federal level since October 2006. State and local authorities focused on the use of the Internet in child sexual exploitation reported that documented complaints of online enticement of children more than tripled from 2004 to 2008 and complaints of child prostitution rose more than 10 times.
