UK Glamour Girl Krystal Webb Gets Engaged Too!

It seems something must be in the water over there in the UK because New Year’s Eve not only saw the engagement of UK porn star Gemma Massey but also fellow former Bluebird Films UK girl Krystal Webb.

Krystal Webb was a nude model and Bluebird TV phone sex girl before going on to do some light sex stuff for the film side including a girl on girl scene in the movie Glamgel.

She officially retired just before Bluebird Films took a big fat nosedive and stopped paying all their bills, when she found out she was pregnant by her now fiance Bluebird Films contract photographer Adam Turner. Adam Turned stayed on with Bluebird Films in the UK, going on now to work full time for Paul Chaplin at Loaded Magazine.

All those issues aside, I would like to wish Krystal Webb and her fiance Adam Turner good luck on their recent engagement and a most wonderful and fabulous new year.

Look who hasn’t been paying their web hosting bill

Look who hasn’t paid their web hosting bill in months now! Sure we’ve all known that Nicholas Steele and Paul Chaplin have been not paying past employees, affiliates and at least one of their former contract girls. They stopped updating their membership sites months ago, but were still collecting money for recurring memberships however now those people who paid to join that site are shit out of luck because now their websites are cut off.

However keep in mind just a week ago Paul Chaplin funded a lavish awards ceremony in the UK, for another one of his companies called the Paul Raymond awards, where Tanya Tate won the 2013 MILF of the year award. Funny how Paul Chaplin picks and chooses what he wants to pay and who he doesn’t. He has no problem spending $2,300 on a pair of shoes for a hooker but won’t pay the DVD replication company. Nice, huh?

Calls to the Bluebird Films office were not returned because there phone is apparently disconnected.

Bluebird TV is no more

Bluebird TV is closing down this Thursday, October 17, 2013.

While none of this is really a surprise to most people, considering their websites haven’t been updated in months, they stopped paying a lot of their bills, including some affiliates, and the movies they are releasing are mostly scenes they shot years and years ago.

Officially all that has been said is ….

“Afraid so. We don’t want it to end. It’s a big shame. Thanks for the support!”

“We have done everything we can to battle to keep @BBTV going. Sadly, it seems we’ve exhausted options”

Update: October 17, 2013 – Bluebird TV officially makes an announcement …….
This is truly a sad day for all of us here at Bluebird TV, our girls and we are sure… All of you guys, the fans. It has most definitely been a great 3 years of broadcasting, as we first hit your television screens back in 2010 & strived to provide the industry with the best babe channel that we could do. As you know, we have battled to keep ourselves on the air over the years. Although this time, we have truly tried everything we can do and it looks like we can’t battle anymore.

THANKYOU!

Most of all, we would like to say a big thankyou to all of our callers & fans. We couldn’t have done any of this without you, your support and loyalty to our channel and for our girls has always been outstanding. Although Facebook & Twitter took over towards the end, we once had a tightly knit and close community here on this forum… One which favoured Bluebird TV over its competitors, and one which enjoyed banter, discussions and a shared affection for the Bluebird TV babes. So, we felt it best to place this message here. For all those who visit the forum in the future, and all those who have visited in the past. For all our viewers, for all our callers… Regular or not. Thankyou all.

GoodBye…

Well, we do not feel there is much else left to say… Other than a goodbye and farewell to all of you. And one last thankyou.

It’s been a great 3 years, don’t forget about Bluebird TV. If we ever do get the chance to return, we will do. But for now, farewell.

Affilites Should Think Twice About Giving Out Personal Information …. right @AEBN?

I don’t want to shock you here but there are some people in our business who are a little on the shady side. /sarcasm

When a webmaster joins an affiliate program they are often asked for a plethora of information. They say they need to verify your a real person, not just some scam site and for tax purposes.

That all sounds well and good and so unsuspecting webmasters give away all their personal details. They tell their real names, their addresses, phone numbers, social security numbers. All of this information could be really bad if it fell into the wrong hands. But surely reputable companies that you chose to do business with wouldn’t let that happen, right?

WRONG!

Sometimes even the best of companies fall victim to bad employees. Sometimes companies don’t know what is going on behind their backs and in the case of some companies, they don’t have any security protocols in place at all.

In about 1999 the Vivid webmaster database was compromised. While I can’t say for sure how much information was stolen, for sure they got to our names, addresses and emails. Since most likely all of that information was stored together the people who got their hands on the Vivid webmaster database at that time probably also got our  phone numbers and social security numbers too. All of our information was quickly sold off and spread through the spammer list world like wildfire and suddenly we were all getting insane amounts of junk mail and our email addresses were being sold off again and again and again.

We were told it was because the server was hacked but the only thing they took was the webmaster database. That totally seems believable right? I mean who wouldn’t want to access the server and get all that free porn, or customer data and credit card numbers. Right? Apparently webmaster’s personal information was ummm more important?

It is more likely however that their webmaster who at the time was a notorious drug addict who soon after landed in rehab, probably hijacked the list behind Vivid’s back and sold it off for drug money. But in the end, I guess we’ll never really know the truth. All we webmasters can say for sure if that our personal and private information was taken and sold off again and again and again. Years later, more than 10 years later in fact, I’m still getting spam from that email address.

But this story isn’t an isolated incident. Vivid Video isn’t the only company who has ever had a bad employee.

Bluebird Films is another great story of data being compromised. When I went to work for them they had ZERO security protocols in place. Your personal and private information was available to every single person who worked there – wide open for anyone to see and quite a few people did. And it got worse … their servers were hacked no less than five times the previous year and that includes the entire customer and webmaster database, WITH credit card numbers, home addresses, email address, phone numbers and whatnot.

The point I’m trying to make here is that you need to think very carefully about who you give out your personal information to.

Let’s look at a current situation – a company like AEBN

They are totally reputable, right?

Well perhaps. But that doesn’t mean they don’t hire employees who are problematic. In fact they currently employ someone who it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if we were to find out he hijacked the entire webmaster database and sold it to the highest bidder.

And then all of your personal and private information is out there because of some dickhead employee and there is nothing you can do about it. Your name, your home address, your phone number and even worse, your social security number is being traded or sold to person after person by this guy.

Some might argue, but it wasn’t really AEBN’s fault, it was the jackass who was shady. True. But AEBN hired him in the first place and continued to keep him on their payroll after being witness to his abusive online behavior. Anyone who is an online bully is clearly not someone you would want on your payroll because if they work for you, they represent you, and that means if they are harassing others online or just openly being a dick time and again to people then that makes you look bad.

I get it, it’s fun to be a jackass to people online. That’s why sites like GFY thrive because you can be abusive to others and get away with it. We call those kind of people keyboard warriors. They can get away with bullying other people because they can hide behind the anonymity of their computer. Only some of these people aren’t anonymous. Some of these guys work for companies … well known companies like AEBN.

Their behavior is a direct reflection of your company.

I would personally never do business with AEBN. Not because I have anything against their website or product, but because they hire certain types of people. And I wouldn’t want to risk my money, or my personal information in the hands of those kind of people. I have no problem telling them that either and last night I in fact did tell them just that and their response “He’s just a remote employee”. Ummm okay. Perhaps they don’t realize that the people they hire directly reflect on their companies reputation.  If a company hires an employee who is abusive to others online, what does that say about the company itself?

So the whole point of my story here is this …. you need to think carefully before signing up with an affiliate program because once you do they will want a lot of personal information from you. You might also want to consider a series of safeguards for your personal information which includes an alias or company name, a PO box to get your mail instead of your home address and if you are a US webmaster you really want to give them an EIN (employee identification number) instead of your real social security number and always try and use alias emails such as affiliate-program-name@yourdomain.com. Now when they sell off your email address you will be able to know because they were the only person to have ever had that email address and you can nail them for it. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve caught over the years by doing that one little thing.

None of this may seem important to you right now but trust me when I say, you will give two fucks when you get your identity stolen.

It is your information and therefore your job to protect it. Don’t just give away all of your personal and private details and then hope for the best!

Is there a new sex superbug?

Is there a new sex superbug?  No, there isn’t.  It’s been going around in the UK for awhile now and it’s making its way to the US in force.  The rumor is that it has even started to taint our own industry in large part because of companies like LA Direct Models who bring over girls from the UK illegally (without proper work permits) and Bluebird Films who just a few years ago brought over several girls for their production of BATFXXX: Dark Night Parody, from the UK and they performed with US based talent and those UK girls were not tested … one of those girls it turned out had gonorrhea.  The ensuring exposure was then covered up and almost nobody outside of a group of industry insiders heard of it.

It is this kind of risky and irresponsible behavior that is making this problem worse.

A year ago when this problem started out, I mean the sex superbug, everyone blew it off.  They called it a problem in Europe, why would we care about them?  Because people … DUH!  They do come to the US to work and now our girls are at risk!

Sex Superbug Could Be ‘Worse Than AIDS’ [source]

An antibiotic-resistant strain of gonorrhea—now considered a superbug—has some analysts saying that the bacteria’s effects could match those of AIDS.

“This might be a lot worse than AIDS in the short run because the bacteria is more aggressive and will affect more people quickly,” said Alan Christianson, a doctor of naturopathic medicine.

Even though nearly 30 million people have died from AIDS related causes worldwide, Chrisitanson believes the immediate effect of the gonorrhea strain is more direct.

“Getting gonorrhea from this strain might put someone into septic shock and death in a matter of days,” Christianson said. “This is very dangerous.

It’s an emergency situation,” said William Smith, executive director of the National Coalition of STD Directors. “As time moves on, it’s getting more hazardous.

This gonorrhea strain, HO41, was discovered in Japan two years ago in a 31-year-old female sex worker who had been screened in 2009. The bacteria has since been found in Hawaii, California and Norway.

Because it resists current antibiotic treatment, the strain has been placed in the superbug category with other resistant bacteria, such as MRSA and CRE. These superbugs kill about half the people they attack, and nearly one in 20 hospital patients become infected with one, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Though no deaths from HO41 have been reported, efforts to combat it must continue, Smith said.

“We have to keep beating the drum on this,” he said. “The potential for disaster is great.”

According to the CDC, about 20 million a year contract a sexually transmitted disease (STD) and result in about $16 billion in medical costs. More than 800,000 of STD cases reported are gonorrhea infections, with most occurring in people between the ages of 15 and 24.

Gonorrhea is transmitted through unprotected sexual contact. Untreated, the disease can cause a number of health complications in women, including infertility. In men, the disease can be very painful and lead to sterility. It can also trigger other life-threatening illnesses, including heart infections.

Gonorrhea can be hard to detect. It often shows no symptoms in about half of women and in about 5 percent of men. Gonorrhea infection rates were at historic lows until two years ago, according to the CDC.

“That’s what’s kind of scary about this,” Smith said. “We are at lows in terms of infections, but this strain is a very tricky bug and we don’t have anything medically to fight it right now.”

Since 1998, the Food and Drug Administration has approved only four new antibiotics of any kind, according to the Infectious Disease Society of America. The last approval was in 2010. Only seven antibiotics are in an advanced stage of development—still years away from approval and use.

Recognizing the problem, Congress passed a law last year referred to as the Gain Act (Generating Antibiotics Incentives Now) to help speed antibiotic development.

But Smith said more needs to be done. In a briefing on Capitol Hill last week, he urged Congress to target nearly $54 million in immediate funding to help find an antibiotic for HO41 and to conduct an education and public awareness campaign.

“I’m hopeful we’ll get the additional funds, but I can’t say for sure,” Smith said. “What I do know is we don’t have the resources to fight this as it stands now.”

Avoiding the disease completely is the best course, experts said.

People need to practice safe sex, like always,” Christianson said. “Anyone beginning a new relationship should get tested along with their partner. The way gonorrhea works, not everyone knows they have it. And with this new strain it’s even more important than ever to find out.

All superbugs must be dealt with before it’s too late, he said.

“This is a disaster just waiting to happen,” Christianson said. “It’s time to do something about it before it explodes. “These superbugs, including the gonorrhea strain, are a health threat. We need to move now before it gets out of hand.”

All Bluebird Films Sites are Down due to lack of payment

For awhile now Bluebird Films has not been paying their bills.

“As many as four of my cheques are already in the “Pending” status. The employees of Bluebird Films whom I contacted earlier have stopped replying to my emails. Does anyone know how to reach them? When were the last pay-outs made? It would be a shame to put away all the traffic as the sites still sell well. I hope it’s just some kind of sad misunderstanding.”

“Bluebird not paying you? Get in line…the line starts about a mile back.  I don’t care who manages their sites….Bluebird has a well earned reputation for stiffing people on their money. Proceed with caution.”

 blueird-films-no-payment-2

“Bluebird has owned me thousands for over a year now. They keep making up bullshit excuses and even swore up and down that the check was in the mail three times now. Of course no check ever arrived. Lying pieces of shit.”

But now it seems they’ve not paid the wrong people and all of their websites have been taken offline.   It seems that when you don’t pay your CMS bill for more than 6 months your whole site goes poof.  Think that that big shots over at Bluebird Films would have figured that out.

blueblird films no payment

So just in case you didn’t get the message let me make it clear for you.

Bluebird Films does not pay their bills. Anyone who does any sort of business with them, does so at their own risk of not getting paid.

Is Private a LIAR! LIAR! Pants on Fire?

In regards to a story we posted last week Bluebird Films says bullshit!  If you believe Paul Chaplin, then the recent story about Bluebird Films losing in court to Private then it’s all lies and it is actually Private who owes Bluebird a lot of money.  Of course this comes from a man who Private accused of stealing.

Of course all the bullshit aside the question really is …. in this pissing match who will win?  We know who is losing and that’s all those people that Bluebird never paid, tens of thousands of dollars … maybe even more, who knows.  Not just affiliates either but also former employees, copyright companies, and so so many more.  Hell I think I heard they even still owe AVN money.

Bluebird Affiliates Get Fucked in the Ass

Today XBIZ announced that Bluebird Films lost its lawsuit with Private and as such has to pay them like $230,000.  [source]  Not a penny of which, I assure you they have.  Rumors are that they have been bleeding the company dry for awhile now and it’s really nothing more than a shell now.

The problem is, it’s the affiliates that have been sending traffic to its collection of websites that really get fucked here.  Read this line ….

“In a draft letter obtained by XBIZ, Private plans on communicating to Bluebird distributors and payment processors that distribution of Bluebird content can continue but that all payments to Bluebird or its affiliates must cease immediately.”

While not all affiliates where “whales” and are owned only a few hundred dollars here and there, some however are owned as much as $5,000 to $10,000 and that is money they will most likely never see.

As far as the deal they recently signed with Gammae to take over control of their websites, who knows what is going on with that.  The new sites and Bluebird affiliate program run by Gammae from what I heard were due out in September.  That date has long since passed … which was right around the time the judge ruled against Bluebird Films.    So who knows what is going on with that deal.

All we can say for sure is that in the end, the little guy gets fucked in the ass and that Bluebird Films has known about this judgement for over a month, and didn’t bother to notify its affiliates, instead letting them send even more traffic making Bluebird even more money on the traffic of affiliates that they’ll never pay for.

So while his affiliates go unpaid, Paul Chaplin continues to live in up in the UK on the money being made by those affiliates.  Paying for his whores and buying them $2300 shoes!!!!!!!!!!

And don’t forget, these are just the affiliates we are talking about here.  There are still quite a few people in the industry who Bluebird Films owes a lot of money too.

LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has ruled that Bluebird America Inc. must pay Private Media Group $230,000 and hand over past, present and future worldwide distribution rights of Bluebird content.

The breach-of-contract case decided last month has its roots in a five-year exclusive distribution deal inked in September 2009, where Private was appointed by Bluebird as the global exclusive distributor of its existing library and all future releases on nearly all platforms, including DVD, IPTV, web and mobile.

The distribution deal at the time was regarded as a blockbuster move between the companies — Private, one of the top distributors in the biz, and Bluebird, with its high-quality elegant content.

Bluebird, at the time of the Private deal, said it had in excess of 175 unreleased titles and that it had a production schedule that would average 10 new adult films per month.

But a year into the contract, Private made claims that Bluebird owner Paul Baxendale was double dipping.

The Barcelona-based company alleged in a complaint that Baxendale had attempted to exploit Bluebird content further by selling distribution rights to third-party companies. Private further contended that Baxendale attempted to set up shell licensee companies to peddle the Bluebird films.

Last month, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Mooney entered a judgment against Bluebird, reinstating Private’s exclusive distribution agreement retroactively.

As a result of the judgment, Private is planning to send notices to distributors of Bluebird content, alerting them about the judgment and what to do next.

In a draft letter obtained by XBIZ, Private plans on communicating to Bluebird distributors and payment processors that distribution of Bluebird content can continue but that all payments to Bluebird or its affiliates must cease immediately.

Private said in the letter that it is not looking for retroactive compensation, saying it would be unfair and unreasonable.

But it emphasized that  all fees for licenses or goods relating to Bluebird-branded content or its back catalog should be directed to Private to satisfy the judgment.

The letter asks recipients to contact Private counsel in Barcelona within 10 business days.

Launched by Baxendale in 2006, Bluebird entered the adult arena to become the U.K.’s largest adult company with two sprawling studios in North America and Europe, including five soundstages where the company made use of state-of-the-art HD equipment.

Baxendale, who also goes by the name Paul Chaplin, even launched Bluebirds Magazine, distributed in the U.K.

In May, however, Baxendale changed his course away from the business of adult production, saying that he would focus on his newly acquired lad publication, Loaded. He said he was retiring to “do other things, including, of course, steering Loaded magazine into a new generation of life.”

Baxendale did not immediately reply to XBIZ queries on the judgment over Bluebird content. Private officials declined comment on the case.

Warner Brothers Investigates Bluebird Films

So rumor is that Warner Brothers is looking into a movie Bluebird Films made before Paul Chaplin “retired” from making porn, it was a Harry Potter parody called Harry Pointer which apparently has yet to be released.  In the movie Paul Chaplin plays the Harry Potter character and the hot little blonde witch, holding the magic wand, if you are wondering is Lou Lou.

[source] It’s Dirty Harry as Craig Whyte’s tax aide makes ‘Potter’ porn.  The porn star tax advisor to former Rangers owner Craig Whyte faces a Hollywood legal probe — over a blue movie spoof of Harry Potter.  We told how money man Paul Baxendale-Walker — who counted troubled Whyte among his clients — had a second job bonking in X-rated movies.

Now we can reveal his latest production Harry Pornter could be investigated by Warner Bros lawyers following a tip-off from author JK Rowlings’ team.

Baxendale-Walker takes the lead role in the smutty flick — with Hogwarts-style school uniform, magic wand and specs — as he romps with busty actress CHARLEY GREEN.

The 34H blonde — who shares the name of new Rangers supremo Charles Green — is cast as a witch.

Most of the scenes are too graphic for a family newspaper but feature characters familiar from the boy-wizard books.

In one, a scantily-clad brunette frolics with a man dressed like Potter’s enemy Voldemort — while another sees Charley romp with a fellow ‘witch’. Last night a spokeswoman for Rowling said: “We have passed this on to Warner Bros.”

The film, made by Baxendale-Walker’s firm Bluebird Movies, is thought to be in the late stages of production. His other titles include Ello, Ello: Lust in France and Sugar Daddy.

He earlier told The Scottish Sun: “Of course I appear in the movies. Who wouldn’t want to? What is the point in owning a BMW if you don’t drive it?”

But away from screen his law firm, which also has offices in Glasgow, offers financial advice to “some of the world’s wealthiest families”.

Baxendale-Walker is credited with being the mastermind behind tax avoidance schemes — including the Employee Benefits Trusts which triggered the probe into the Ibrox finances.

He later claimed he advised Whyte on “business matters that are nothing to do with Rangers”. In 2000, he was charged by fraud cops after an inquiry into the pension fund of Glasgow engineering group Balfron. But the trial was called off in 2002.

Five years later he was suspended for three years for conduct unbefitting a solicitor.

Last night a Warner Bros spokeswoman said it had yet to receive information on the movie, adding: “It would be premature to make a comment.”
