According to an old old article on the Mike South website about Manwin being unable to buy up a talent agency because of a conflict of interest, I realized that Derek Hay and LA Direct Models has been doing that for a long time – I mean the conflict of interest part.

They have a direct interest in many of the girls personal websites and as such it would be a direct violation of California Labor Code section 1700.40.

 

(b) No talent agency may refer an artist to any person, firm, or corporation in which the talent agency has a direct or indirect

financial interest for other services to be rendered to the artist, including, but not limited to, photography, audition tapes, demonstration reels or similar materials, business management, personal management, coaching, dramatic school, casting or talent brochures, agency-client directories, or other printing.

(c) No talent agency may accept any referral fee or similar compensation from any person, association, or corporation providing services of any type expressly set forth in subdivision (b) to an artist under contract with the talent agency.

 

 

For years they’ve been violating US labor laws. Now this. Plus they’ve been double dipping, yet another violation (where they charge both the client and the talent booking fees. And that’s not even touching the whole escorting thing.

So why has nobody taken this jackass down yet?

John Stagliano is HIV Positive

Just so there is no confusion John Stagliano from Evil Angel is HIV positive. For those of us who have been in the industry for awhile now, we have known that for some time. That is no new news to us. But apparently to some new people in the industry, it is. They weren’t aware in the slightest that he in fact has HIV, the virus which causes aids. Why their agents didn’t make them aware of this fact prior to sending them to an Evil Angel set confuses me. I think the agent should disclose this very important bit of information up front when a girl agrees to take said booking.

Most recently it was revealed that despite the fact that John Stagliano is HIV positive, he still has sexual relations with other performers on the set of his movies. He might just stick his fingers in a girls ass or pussy, or he may give her oral sex or in at least one documented case, he took his dick out of his pants and rubbed it repeatedly UNPROTECTED against her opening – and yes that means an exchange of bodily fluids took place.

When this was revealed he went on record as saying he hasn’t tested positive for years – implying that maybe he never had HIV in the first place. But I want to be clear here, so there is no confusion ……………..

At this time, there is no cure for HIV for adults. So once you are positive, you are positive. Period. No exceptions. Not even Magic Johnson can claim to have been cured of HIV.

I personally had heard Magic Johnson was in fact the one guy who was cured of it, through a series of expensive blood washings, etc. Turns out I was wrong. Magic Johnson, who tested positive for HIV in 1991 is not cured of HIV. A doctor went on record as saying “He’s not cured. He’s on medication. His disease is, as I tell my patients, in remission.”

A person who is in fact HIV positive can be on their meds and that medicine can suppress his virus to undetectable levels – but that does not make you cured. It just means that while you are taking your meds, your illness is being suppressed – that means the meds are doing what they are supposed to do, keeping your ass alive. However that being said, if that HIV positive person were to go off of those drugs, the virus in the blood would return “within a very short period of time — a week, two weeks. “If you re-check the blood for the virus, it comes right back.”

It’s not unusual for a person with HIV to appear healthy or even athletic, but that the virus never goes away. Once you have HIV, you have HIV.  There is no cure for HIV.

A person once they test positive has that same blood sample retested by two or three times, to ensure accuracy of the initial test. Then the person has another test done with new blood and it is tested and then re-tested so ensure the first batch of tests weren’t false positives. So we are all on the same page here, John Stagliano is HIV Positive. He tested positive for HIV and the test was confirmed. This wasn’t a mistake and no, he hasn’t been cured – as remember, there is no cure for HIV. He said himself that he has been on his medicine for years and that is the reason (if what he is saying is true) that his current tests haven’t shown detectable levels of the HIV virus, but he is not cured.

Having any sort of sexual relations with a person who is HIV positive will vastly increase your chance of getting it yourself. If you don’t want to get HIV then don’t have any sort of sexual relations with a person who is HIV positive. John Stagliano is HIV Positive.

This means, so again there is no confusion here – don’t let him stick his finger, tongue or dick in your pussy or ass hole.

 

 

The Irony of this recent HIV scare

A few months ago the industry pretty much flat out ignored the fact that a person known to be HIV+ was having sexual relations with talent on the set of his movies. Everyone was like ‘eh whatever. One girl sued the guy over it and people were even kinda shitty to her about it. At that point I couldn’t help but wonder if maybe people didn’t think HIV was that big of a deal, like they did years ago.

I just couldn’t understand how a man that people knew for a fact was HIV positive could take ram his fingers up a girls pussy or ass hole and sometimes even take his dick out of his pants on set and rub it against a girls pussy or ass and nobody give two shits about it and the one girl who did speak up about it, was treated like she was the bad guy.

Was it possible that performers just didn’t care if they put themselves at risk for catching HIV anymore? Were we living in the twilight zone?

Then the worst imaginable thing happened, two performers tested positive for HIV, a male and one female. Then all of the sudden people started freaking out.  Wait .. what? Why do you care about it now? Why didn’t you care about it a month ago?

Someone said, well performers just don’t fully understand the risks. HUH? How is it possible?

So I decided to share a story with you about car wrecks. Chances are the average person will never be in a car accident. The odds are very slim. But the more times you are in a car, the increase those odds just slightly, but the more you start doing things like speeding, or running stop signs, you know the riskier driving stuff, the likely hood of you getting in an accident increases dramatically.

The very same concept applies to HIV. Chances are the average person isn’t going to catch HIV but the more they exchange bodily fluid, they increase those odds. And the more riskier behavior they take part in, the more those odds increase.

And just in case there is any confusion, having any sort of sexual relations with a man who you know for a fact is HIV positive is extremely risky behavior, increasing your odds of catching HIV yourself astronomically.

“It won’t happen to me” syndrome is common with performers. But you know what? It can happen to you. Just ask the chick who tested positive on Tuesday for HIV. It can happen to you. Switzerland opens drive in sex boxes to make prostitution safer

The drive-in “sex boxes” as they are being called, will be officially opened on August 26, as part of drive-by authorities in Zurich to regulate prostitution, combat pimping and improve security for sex workers.

The nine garage-style structures, located in a former industrial zone in the west of the city, have been organized with typically Swiss precision.

Drivers will have to follow a clearly marked route along which up to 40 prostitutes will be stationed.

Once they have chosen one of the women and negotiated a fee, they will drive into one of the wooden sheds, which are hung with posters advocating the use of condoms and warning of the risk of Aids.

The sex boxes are equipped with alarms that the prostitutes can activate if they feel in danger from a client.

The site is only open to drivers of cars – pedestrians and men on motorbikes are not allowed – and will operate from early evening until 5 am each day.

The sex boxes are one of several measures intended to reduce the large numbers of prostitutes plying their trade in residential areas and in the city center, including a ban on soliciting along the Sihlquai river embankment.

Men who solicit street workers outside three new approved zones, including the cluster of sex boxes, will face fines of up to 450 francs (£310).

“We want to regulate prostitution because until now it was the law of the jungle,” said Michael Herzig, from Zurich’s social welfare department, when the initiative was announced.

“It was the pimps who decided the prices, for instance. We are trying to reach a situation which is better for the prostitutes themselves, for their health and security and also for people who live in Zurich.”

The £1.4 million project was approved by voters in Zurich last year in a referendum.

While prostitution is legal in Switzerland, sex workers have to pay a tax of five Swiss francs (£3.50) each night that they work.

Zurich authorities said the number of prostitutes working in the city had increased markedly in recent years, with many of them coming from Eastern Europe, particularly Hungary.
