Mike South recently posted a story about how Kiara Diane was a hooker and a newly signed contract girl of Adam and Eve.  He said he knows this – the hooker part that is – because she is listed on a website known as The Luxury Companion.

The first thing I noticed about the site is exactly how much the design is like the LA Direct Models website and the software they use for the model bio pages is identical.  Then I realized that the list of available hookers is very much identical to the LA Direct Models lineup on their own website.

So apparently is Kayla Carrera, Krissy Lynn, Kiara Diane, Brooke Banner, Brooke Haven, Alanah Rae, Sea J Raw, Carmella Bing, Charlie Chase, Shawna Lenee, Isis Taylor, and Hillary Scott.

I know that awhile back there were some rumors that Derek Hay, owner of LA Direct Models was somehow mixed up with an FBI investigation into prostitution but apparently nothing ever came of it.

Well I guess the FBI didn’t look real hard for evidence because if this website is real, it would be easy enough to connect the dots back to LA Direct.

I don’t know if LA Direct Models is actually associated with these people but you have to admit it is strange that they not only have the same model roster but also use the exact same software on their website.

Here is the listing for Isis Taylor.  Now tell me that doesn’t look familar!

If this website is a fraud, and these well known porn stars aren’t really hookers then they need to seriously make some fucking phone calls to people and tell them to stop listing them on hooker websites – demand your removal immediately and tell them you won’t stand for that kind of shit in the future.  Don’t fucking stand for this.  Have a backbone and say enough is enough.  You will not exploit my name any more fuckers.

I’ve been noticing Lisa Ann tweeting some nasty shit about Derek Hay and the Lee Network lately and I thought to myself, aren’t they supposed to be partners. I remember reading several articles on this. So her tweets were a little confusing to me.

The Agency: I have reached a point and time in my career where i did not feel i could be as committed to My Agency, My Talent and My Staff as an owner should be. My life has opened with many new opportunities i am excited to dive into.
ALSO, lets not forget the competition, How can one compete in business when your competition does not play fairly. I did not and would not book “privates”.. I don’t illegally cash talent checks, i don’t make talent to do things they don’t want to, and i don’t lie to production companies. So at that point, it gets kinda tough… Leave it at that! I have know darby for years and grew to really respect him when he took Derek hay, the Owner of LA Direct Models to court for unfair work conditions.

in 2008 i took on a partnership with The Lee Network to help out Tony Lee after a split with his previous agents. At the last minute it became a partnership with Tony Lee and Derek Hay ( yup its still Boys Town in the business and i don’t think Tony Lee was comfortable having a woman as his sole partner)… BUT Tony Lee and Derek Hay were perfectly fine having me front all the money for the company bills, advertising and employee. In 2009 after a dispute with Derek Hay, i was told i was no longer a partner and the office and books would now be run out of LA Direct Models. At this point i had put in about 25,000. of my own money. During this time The Lee Network was still collecting commission from me when i was Feature Dancing and made me an offer to raise my commission, but allow ME to keep half of the commission to begin to offset my debt. So i am at that point now Dancing off my own loan from them. We finally agreed on also paying me $500 a month to pay off the debt. After 6 month of NO payments i left the Lee Network as a Feature Dancer, and went full time with A LIST Features, who i am VERY happy with.. BUT then i was told by Derek Hay “since you rode off into the sunset with our competitor, you will be getting no more payments of $500, you can just write it off as a bad investment” … that was that. That was April 9th of 2010. That money i loaned The Lee Network also affected ,y financial security at Lisa Ann’s Talent Management, since i borrowed the money from one Agency to another.

NOW we are here, and they are both aware i have my documents in order and am prepared to sue. Oddly on June 18th i received a check dated June 8th for $500. in the note section of the check from LA Direct Models/ The Lee Network the check said Jan 2010 payment. So obviously admitting you are 6 months late on a payment is somewhat acceptable to The Lee Network, not to me, or my lawyer, This should be a pretty easy case, just time consuming and expensive, but out of principal, worth it.
Last weekend i had my last Booking thru the Lee Network, it was booked over 6 months ago, and unlike them, i stick to my commitments, when i went to get paid, the club had a different contract than the one i signed, theirs wasnt signed at all by me, and the commission amount i was charge was more than i agreed on, so again The Lee network took more money from me.
the ad part here is this, The Lee Network put food on my table for years, when they were struggling, the only right thing to do would be to help. i was wrong, the silver lining in this is A LIST FEATURES is getting me better bookings, treating me very well, and i am winning more Awards than ever, so it helps them in booking me.

There is no other choice than to take The Lee Network to court, unless they would come to their senses and just pay. BUT that thought is just comedy!!

Derek Hay Responds-

Thank you to the editor for the opportunity to respond, – one should always remember there are two sides to every story,  It is a shame that Lisa Ann chooses to air ‘dirty laundry’ in public – I do not choose to do the same.
However, for the record Ms Ann was at no time a partner in the Lee Network, nor has LADirect Models accepted any monies from nor repaid any monies to, Ms Ann.

I find it funny that Derek Hay would say this when it has been well documented in news stories on the internet. XBiz reproted:

The LEE Network, LA Direct Models and Lisa Ann Talent Management have joined forces to partner in a Los Angeles office that will focus on providing top adult talent to gentlemen’s clubs worldwide.

In 2008, LA Direct Models, Lisa Ann Talent Management and The Lee Network formed a network to handle bookings for feature dancers.

But he claims they were never partners?? I’m a little confused. And if they never paid her any money, why would she lie that she has check stubs. That is so easily provable. She plans on using them in court. I mean I am all for the there is two sides to every story buy come on, you don’t have to lie! This is a very interesting case of he said/she said. I’ll be damned if the old saying isn’t true … apparently you do learn something new every day and today I learned about something called nipple bleaching.  Now I’ve heard of anal bleaching but this concept of nipple bleaching I haven’t heard of until today.  What the fuck is nipple bleaching you ask?  Well apparently it is when a young lady uses a bleaching cream of some sort to make the area around her nipple lighter.

Now for comparison purposes, here is an image of Brooke Lee Adams also from LA Direct Models.  You can see the difference in the area around her nipples, known as the areola.  The natural areola is much darker than the photo above, which has probably been bleached and it is almost the identical color of her skin.

*** On a side note, they spelled McKenzee Miles wrong in their press release, I corrected it in this post for you.  LA Direct Models seems to get the names wrong of their clients alot.  I can remember when The Love Twins were listed with them, they would put Lacey and Lindsey or Lacey and Lindsay.  I never once seen them get their names right which is Lacey and Lyndsey Love.  You would think of all people your agent would know how to spell your name or at least care enough to try and get it right.  Apparently not.

And they included a photo of Phoenix Marie in their press release.  For fucks sake, would someone please please please tell her to stop making that face in every fucking photo.  She does it all the time.  PHOENIX MARIE IT IS NOT ATTRACTIVE.   I know you seem to think it is, but after seeing it 300 times, trust me it is not.

Shawna lenne doesn’t have her twitter account anymore.  Not only did she turn that off but on her myspace page, she posted, “Yes, I tore my site down. Why? I never got paid. Please do not email me asking why. I’ve been getting a ton. ”

For a quick recap.  Shawna Lenee negotiated a big deal to do anal.  There were problems, to say the least (Read full story here).

She refused to speak with her agent, LA Direct Models so instead of dealing with that mess, she went and signed with Big Love Talent.  There seems to have been some issue there.  Some rumors are that Derek Hay tried to strong arm the owners of Big Love Talent threatening them that they drop her “or else”.

Then we have news that Derek Hay got Premium Cash to withhold payment from monies earned or so the rumor mill goes and so Shawna Lenee finally snapped, said fuck and pulled her twitter page and website. How much of that story is actually true, who the fuck knows.

But what we do know is that we can always count on some juicy Shawna Lenee gossip to get us through the week.
