Meet Jesse Jane

Jesse Jane is arguably one of the most famous porn stars in the world.  She started her career at Digital Playground, the only company she has ever worked for.  For years they enjoyed a great relationship that is until this year.   Jesse Jane tweeted about her intentions of signing another 5 year contract with DP this year.  But within a few months that had all changed.  It seems DP forgot they built the entire success of their company off of a single performer and now they were risking losing that performer to another company because they weren’t treating her with the respect she felt she deserved.

Many would say that on the back of Jesse Jane alone, Digital Playground was transformed into another wanna be start-up to a true empire.  It would be rather easy to see why so many people think that, as Jesse Jane was their main contract star and every major movie and marketing campaign for Digital Playground all revolved around Jesse Jane.  So if they’ve staked their entire company image on a single performer, like KFC has with Colonel Sanders …. why the hell would you go out of your way to piss her off?

What we know for sure is that Jesse Jane made her last movie for Digital Playground the other day.  We also know that Jesse Jane’s name is owned as a legal trademark by Digital Playground.  The rumor was, until recently, that Jesse Jane would continue on as Cindy Taylor, her birth given name when she leaves Digital Playground, however Lukeisback is reporting that won’t be an issue anymore because Jesse Jane legally changed her name to Jesse Jane [source].

Kira Kener did this years ago when she left her contract with Vivid and it played a big part in her ability to get control over the Kira Kener trademark.

Many are speculating that Jesse Jane will have similar success with the courts as well.  But it will also probably cost her a lot of money to fight.  Digital Playground has been known to purposely try and drag out legal battles to try and make it to costly for the other party to afford.  Rumor is however that Jesse Jane is ready for the long haul and won’t just give up and walk away.

We know that Jesse Jane is in talks with many companies about what she is going to do after leaving Digital Playground.  One rumor was that she was going to start her own line of movies, like Jenna Jameson did with Club Jenna.  The most recent rumor is that she is going under contract with Manwin, who has recently been in talks to buy Digital Playground, although the rumor is that those talks have failed, that the owners of Digital Playground want more money than what the market considered to be “fair value” for their products.

So is the Jesse Jane going to Manwin rumor true?  We don’t know yet.  The only source so far to go on record saying it is true is Mike South.  But so far he’s only right about 25% of the time.  But still he has hit it more than a few times so it is worth considering the rumor as possibly true.

 

 

Brazzers Knowing Exposes 13 Performers to HIV

In school when they teach you about sex they are quick to remind you that you not only slept with the person you are with but every person they have been with and every person they have been with, so quickly 1 partner can become 34, 34 can become 340.  So when the news broke that Brazzer’s knowingly exposed 13 performers to HIV [source]  …. we know the impact is much larger because since their potential exposure, who else have those 13 girls slept with, and then who else have those people slept with?

So if stealing content, running 5 of the most popular illegal tube sites wasn’t enough, how about this?  Is knowing a performer tested HIV positive and still letting him perform with others enough for ya?

Why do I go on twitter day after day and see some performer bragging about doing this or that with Brazzers?  What the heck is wrong with you people?  Are you blind?  Do you not see day in and day out what they are doing?

I mean sure there can be arguments made for people like Jules Jordan and Wicked Pictures deserving to get screwed … they after all knowingly entered into business deals with the devil, Brazzers – so they got what they deserved … but what about you?  What’s your excuse for still doing business with them?

Do you realize that because of their illegal activities, other producers were forced to reduce the amount they pay performers, so every time you do any work with Brazzers you are directly contributing to the further success of a company that fucked you and your friends.

As far as the HIV scare goes, if you have worked in Miami in the last month or so or worked with anyone who has worked in Miami than now is a good time to go get tested.  Just remember, it is always better to be safe than sorry so if you have concerns about working with a performer, it’s okay to say no.  Your life is far more important than that scene is.

I know you fuckers get all pissed off when I make fun of some chick for doing something stupid like tweeting pictures of herself with no makeup or taking pictures with the duck face but I wouldn’t have to post this shit if you fuckers would stop doing stupid shit.

Today Brazzer’s ‘safe for work’ website tweeted a behind the scenes look at their new car wash movie or something shit like that.  Whatever, I couldn’t really tell you what it was really about because I was so fucking shocked from one of the chicks in the movie.

I didn’t even know who it was for the longest time.  Took me a while to figure out it was Phoenix Marie.

She showed up dressed down, no makeup, some kind of rash on her face.  But since you fuckers think I’m just being a dick all the time, don’t take my word for it, you look for yourself.  You’ll see exactly what I mean.

I get when you are at home you may not want to walk around all decked the fuck out in makeup but when you go out of the house, to work no less and knowing you are going to be on fucking camera, why the fuck?

People buy porno because it fucking turns them on.   These chicks might want to remember that next time they go to work looking like that or they may just find themselves with less and less work.

 

 

 

 

Is Brazzers Going to buy Digital Playground?

Hardly a day goes by that I don’t hear another Brazzers aka Manwin rumor.  They bought Playboy TV, Playboy in total, AVN, the AVN awards show, Sex.com, DeeCash and so on and so on.  Although some rumors about them turn out to be true from time to time, most of them don’t.  So when a rumor came in that Manwin is in talks to buy Digital Playground, I didn’t pay it much attention.  A few days later another source comes to me with the same story but with slightly different information on the negotiations.  Today another person came to me and this time he wanted to show me something on the ZZinsider website, which is a Brazzers, aka Manwin owned website.

So although this isn’t proof that Manwin is in talks to buy Digital Playground, clearly you can see some sort of deal has gone down.

 

Brazzers has already stolen the Tila Tequila sex tape

Brazzers (aka Manwin) owns a website called Porn Hub.  This website allows their users to upload movies they don’t own or have the rights to (which is illegal – it’s called copyright infringement).  Brazzers then also allows the people who join their membership website to benefit by watching these movies.  Lots of stolen videos are on the site from all kinds of studios.  Vivid spent a lot of money getting their hands on the legal rights to distribute this Tila Tequila movie.  Guess it sucks to be them because some people are profiting off of it long before it even hits the streets.


Brazzers … King of Theives

Today I read a story at the Business Insider (to be fair I found the link to the story at Adult FYI) that basically calls Manwin, aka Brazzers “likely the biggest porn tycoon on the planet”.    Guess that means it is good business to lie, cheat and steal.  What amazes me is that despite all the evidence about their bullshit, companies keep doing business with them.  What the fuck are people like Wicked Pictures thinking?   Perhaps their mommy forgot to tell them when they were kids that if you dance with the devil, you will get burned.

Business Insider – NY Mag however tells the story of Manwin, originally called Brazzers, a huge online porn company that is making a killing by owning most of the biggest “tubes” and selling advertising against it, as well as using it to promote its own paid smut. Fabian Thylmann, the current owner of the company, whom NYMag calls “likely the biggest porn tycoon on the planet”, argues that the wide availability of free online porn has created more people who would be willing to eventually pay for porn.

In a way it’s fairly reminiscent of the arguments that first started around Napster and free music. Many people argued that free music for everyone would make life easier for artists by making it easier to promote their music and make music in other ways. And indeed the Internet has helped many indie bands (and huge acts like Radiohead) connect with their audience better. But at the same time the old, Luddite labels are dying.

Mike South make a post today that I think everyone should read.  Especially those in our industry, those directly effected by piracy and all those porn stars who bitch about not getting paid as much or making as many movies as before because of piracy and those tube sites.  So before you book your next job with certain people, I just want you to remember what this story says – word for word.  Because you may very well be working with the same people who are in fact stealing from everyone else.

If you book even one job with these people or have anything to do with them business wise, you are directly contributing to their stealing everyone else’s content and that means you are helping them fuck everyone else.

It Ain’t About Piracy, It’s About The Money

Back in August of 2007 a California Judge awarded 5.4 million dollars to Jules Jordan in a copyright infringement case against a company called Kaytel. The amount was substantially reduced on appeal on the grounds that Jordan had no standing to file the suit. Yesterday the ninth circuit court of appeals re-instated the original judgement. At first glance one looks at Jules and thinks good for you man. But anyone who knows the facts knows this isn’t about fighting piracy, after all Jules Jordan distributes for Brazzers, whose owners own 5 of the 5 largest tube sites in the world. Tube sites that infringe the copyrights of every single company in this business. Brazzers, in the name of Mansef Inc. is currently under federal indictment on money laundering and other charges. Additionally Brazzers is facing a civil suit from Pink Visuals in the amount of 6.75 Million dollars for…you guessed it…. copyright infringement. So when this sanctimonious little douche bag starts wrapping himself in the “I’m fighting piracy” flag, remember he is doing way more to enable it than he is to fight it. Actions speak WAY loader than words.

Webmaster Checks – the company who handles payment processing for many affiliate programs including Twistys, recently found all of their accounts froze by the department of justice, as they are somehow involved with Brazzers.

So although they are claiming it isn’t really their fault, thousands and thousands and thousands of adult webmasters are without their payments and being nailed with bounced check fees.  And to actually get your money you have to go through a whole world of bullshit with the affiliate companies in question.

Brazzer’s is a sorry piece of shit company that time and again has been proven to commit fraud and theft and now they are directly responsible for all of this problem.  So think twice people before continuing doing business with anyone who has anything to do with Brazzer’s, even indirectly, like this because in the long run I promise it will cost you.

We very recently became aware of an issue regarding our bank accounts being frozen by the Department of Justice and our attorney’s are working diligently to resolve this issue immediately and correct the error in how the DOJ handled this issue. Unfortunately, the Agent in charge of the case, took this action and then went on Vacation. We believe this is not related to our business practices and, therefore, should not have impacted our valued clients.

Brazzer’s Owned PornHub showing Roselyn Papa Sex Tape

TMZ is reporting that a sex tape of Rozlyn Papa from the Bachelor is being shown on the Brazzer’s owned site PornHub.com.  For those of you who might have forgotten already who this chick is – she is the one booted off of the reality show the Bachelor for hooking up with a producer off camera.  The two were caught, the producer was fired and the chick was removed from the show.  She made the talk show rounds claiming she has this kid and would never do anything like that and then low and below this sex tape appears.  Can anyone say Ooops?

If anyone wondering if stealing porn pays off, apparently it does because it got Brazzers enough money to buy this sex tape that has been shopped around for the last few weeks.

A sex tape starring “Bachelor” reject Rozlyn Papa — allegedly — has made it’s way onto the Internet — and it happens to end just like the “Bachelor” finale … with someone on their knees.

The short tape — which features a woman certainly resembling Rozlyn performing a sexual act on a sizable gentleman — just popped up on the website Pornhub.com.

Rozlyn’s rep has previously told us she has “no knowledge of any tape.”

eonline.com is reporting the sex tape is a fraud – Mystery solved! A lawyer for Rozlyn Papa has ID’d the clip purporting to be a sex tape of his client. According to a statement from Roderick J. Lindblom, “a cursory internet search reveals that the clip appears to be from a 2004 porn movie titled Pole Position: Lex POV, directed by Lexington Steele.”

While Rozlyn Papa may have been Jake Pavelka’s most controversial potential paramour, she’s not a porn star.

A 15-second dirty video that went live on (NSFW site!) Pornhub.com today may look like her, but the blond woman shown “is clearly not her,” her rep, Stacie Vanchieri, tells E! News exclusively.

“I’ve seen the tape,” she continues. “Anyone who has met her once would know it’s not her. The woman has a different body, hands, face, everything.”

Indeed, the fast flick shows a seemingly much more flat-chested woman than the 29-year-old reality star.

“The woman looks directly into the camera and is definitely not Rozlyn,” Vanchieri claims. “The tape looks like it was done as porn to be sold, not a private moment captured on tape…It so clearly seems someone is trying to ruin her. I don’t know why someone would do this to her—she has to take her son to school in the mornings.”

Papa, who continues to deny any sort of affair with a producer on the ABC reality show, told us last week that she’d heard some buzz about sex tapes starring her and was having her lawyer get to the bottom of it.

“Whoever it is that’s shopping around is also the guy who’s shopped around other fake celebrity sex tapes,” she said. “I don’t want to say too much about it, except that as far as I know, it’s a hoax.”

While Papa’s lawyer is taking the necessary steps to have the video removed from the website—or at least his client’s name removed—the model is doing her best to keep her head held high.

“She’s upset but she’s a strong cookie,” Vanchieri says. “She knew there was never a sex tape but now it’s kind of a relief to her that it’s out there and so clearly not her.”

I used to tell a friend of mine, if you are going to go, go big.  He never did listen but apparently Brazzer’s fully understands this concept.

I was reading an article on Mike South today and if the story is true then Brazzer’s has decided to just say fuck it and go for gold and they are no longer hiding their criminal ways.  They are now out in the open, well at least in their members area fully illegally showing movies that belong to companies like Vivid, Wicked Pictures, Digital Playground, New Sensations, Evil Angel and more.
