The Epassporte Drama Never Ends

There is always some sort of cry baby drama going on over at the AVN owned GFY (gofuckyourself.com) and well, today is no fucking different.  Actually that’s not true.  Today is a little different because today someone got banned from the popular industry board for telling the truth.  Only he made the mistake of telling the truth about one of the big boys and we all know how you can’t cross anyone in the fucking lame as “bro club”.

Well I say fuck those fuckers.  Epass was a big time member of the bro club and after fucking over 1000s of people, he apparently still gets to keep his membership. This is going to be one of those long and fucking complicated stories to stick with me. In the end you’ll see how the guy who fucked you all from epass is still in and around the big boys making money off of all of you fuckers still.

So let me connect all the little fucking dots for you people.

Python is an affiliate program who has been around since at least 1996. Back in the day it was headed up by a man who nobody would ever for a moment question his integrity, David Vanderpoel. Nobody has really seen or heard from him in awhile. Although he apparently still holds a financial interest in the company, but he’s moved on to bigger and better things. But the company hasn’t died out. In fact they acquired another affiliate program called Dollar Machine.

The “owner” of Python / Dollar Machine (or so says the industry buzz) is a man named Chad Moldon. He is married to a super hot fucking chick named Shaliza Somani.

She was a part owner of epass and was even heavily involved in the making of Middle Men and given a co-executive producer credit so don’t let her hot looks for a moment fool you.  She helped the owner fuck you all out of a shit ton of money.  Every single dime you lost to the ePass scam you can in part blame her.  Again I don’t care how fucking hot she is, the bitch fucked you out of your money.

This chick is said to still be working with Chris Mallick from ePass.  This is not some drama from her past, this is present day as she is still associating with the fucker from ePassporte.

By the way, the guy who brought this information to light was banned from posting on GFY anymore.  Apparently thou shall not speak ill will against anyone in the bro club.  AVN great job at running your shit man.  Thought you were going to clean up those boards?  Good job you are doing there.

DEA posts on GFY …. Anyone pushing traffic to python.com or DollarMachine is putting food and wine on Shaliza Somani ‘s Table …she is married to the owner Chad Moldon.  Shaliza you personally had atleast %5 in epassporte holdings and if Chris Mallick sharted you were there to clean up the mess…How much time did you spend working on Middle Men Movie BOMB ?.Where is the money honey? Why have you gone MIA from GFY ?

Michael O on GFY writes …. Its pretty clear now that Chris stole a lot of money from a lot of people right?  Shaliza is still associating with him and working with him so I have a hard time seeing what your problem is.

I liked Shaliza a lot and were very happy working for her for almost 5 years but she were Chris’ right hand woman and is still working for/with him! So that make her as guilty in my eyes as Chris is and as Chris have stated on this board his key people had a stake in ePassporte.

Read a fucking funny ass joke on GFY today about ePass.

This morning I was woken up by loud knocks almost breaking my door down, I get up from bed and see 3 big guys in leather jackets that came to collect the money

here’s what I told them.

First, be assured that your funds are fully safe and protected. The funds are secure. The details are complicated, because there are funds in motion.

I also told them that they are my most important asset and I’m not going to treat them anyway other than the best I can.

Finally I added, “Rest assured that when I know something you will all be satisfied with the results. Again, your money is safe.”

They responded by breaking my nose and smashing my head on the nearest wall they could find. T

Webmasters Using CCBill Be Warned

I read a rather interesting post today on GFY for adult wembasters who use CCBill for billing and access to their websites.  The post is for you below but long story short, if you run a CCBill site, check your site.   That’s your bandwidth that you have to pay for so don’t be giving away free access to your site!

check your ccbill htpasswd file on a regular basis to make sure there aren’t non-paying users who still have access to your site.

last year i was looking up a password trader and discovered that he had cancelled over a year earlier but his username was still in the htpasswd file!!! so not only did he have free access for over a year, he was generous enough with his good fortune that he shared it with a bunch of his buddies! when i asked ccbill about this they said this happens if there is a problem writing to the server. when a membership expires the user is removed but if there is a problem with the connection then the user never gets removed. the entire file isn’t re-written, just that line. something doesn’t seem right with that but it’s the story i was told.

well, after reading all the stuff on here lately about ccbill i thought i’d check again and guess what, there were 105 users in the htpasswd file that weren’t paying but had member’s area access!

ccbill said there’s nothing they can do about it and it’s up to the site owner to request a new htpasswd file each month to make sure non-paying members are removed.

check your shit!

Girls Gone Wild Fucks Affiliates and Not in the Good Way

Starting in about May of 2009 reports started to come in here and there about the affiliate program for Girls Gone Wild either wasn’t paying at all or were extremely late on the payments, at least according to several threads on the GFY message board affiliates.

Now going on nearly a year later, it seems things haven’t changed and for whatever reason some dumb ass people are still sending them traffic so I thought I would help a few guys out and let them know

Do not do business with Girls Gone Wild you dumb asses. Reports have been rampant for awhile now that they aren’t paying.

So what are the people who are making the sales on the Girls Gone Wild website and not getting paid for them saying?

“No still not paying and I don’t care what bullshit excuses are made there is no reason they should ever be 2 + months behind in payments. Mother fuckers”

“That is crazy why even mess with a program where you have to constantly worry about being paid. They make 100 million a year so what is the problem?”

“Seems they also stopped answering e-mails”

“Anyone promoting them is pretty much a fool at this point.”

“I have not been paid since May. Sylvia used to answer my inquiries but now has stopped completely. Sad thing is that the “bigger” affiliates are still getting paid. They owe our company over $1,100 at this point.”

“They aren’t paying and they don’t answer e-mails. Stay away from this one”

Video Secrets Caught Scamming Again

Although this probably won’t be a surprise to many, Video Secrets is yet again at it and here is what pisses me off about this industry — this company pays big bucks to advertise on certain boards so that if anything is said about them negatively, those posts are removed and the person who dared to speak up is punished.   Well to bad for you fuckers because my little spy sent me a copy of the original post from GFY.com before they deleted it.

The long and short of it is, if you promise someone REVSHARE FOR LIFE, than that means “for the entire life of the account”.   You can’t later go and change the rules.  You made a deal with your affiliate and if you go changing it now, then that’s fucked up.  Remember, a person is only as good as their word so if you don’t stick with your word, then what does that say about you?  I’ll tell you, it says you are a shady bunch of fucks!!

REVSHARE FOR LIFE MEANS FOR LIFE, not for a few weeks or months but forever and ever.  If that customer who an affiliate referred to you stays with you 17 years then for 17 years you owe that affiliate money.  You are the ones who set these terms in the first place fuckers to attract affiliates, now you are going to go back on your word and fuck them out of money YOU promised them?

  • To offer revshare and then treat a revshare affiliate like that is nuts. The whole thing about attempting to contact him is irrelevant; the checks were being banked, no fraud was suspected. You have to assume the purpose of the contact was purely to inform him that if he didn’t send more traffic the account would be pulled. There’s a word for that kind of behavior.

VIDEO SECRETS AKA VS MEDIA SCAMMED ME AND DON’T PAY!

I’m posting my experience with Video Secrets aka VS Media to let other webmasters know what type of company they truly are and hopefully prevent others from experiencing the same bullshit I just went through with them. FYI, I welcome Video Secrets to comment and respond to this thread and should they choose to do the right thing and reinstate my account and pay me the back money they owe me, I will certainly post on here that they chose to do the right thing and did indeed pay me. Here’s the story:

I had several adult sites back 02-05. I joined the “lifetime” rev-share program with Video Secrets as an up sell in my members area and began sending them traffic. I did very well with them and was averaging about $20k per year (my cut). In 2005, I closed down the websites and left the industry to pursue other ventures. Video Secrets along with several other companies I had sent members to, kept sending me checks for years to come (as they should). Year to date from 2005 when I closed down the website, Video Secrets paid nearly 30k to me since I closed down the website. They paid like clockwork every month and I never had any issues with them until recently. In November of 2007, the checks stopped coming. I was checking an old e-mail account that I used years back and found an e-mail sent to me in March of this year from Eddie Bastian asking me to please get in touch with them regarding my account. I then e-mailed him back
last week when I finally found the e-mail letting him know that this was an old e-mail address and to please contact me at my new e-mail. He responded back to the old e-mail address and said “Unfortunately your account has been deactivated as of March 18, 2008. We did or due diligence to get a hold of you for months but could never reach you. You’re more than welcome to sign up for a new account if you want to give us another chance.”

I wrote him back of course upset wondering what level of “diligence” was done to cancel this large of an account since I never once received one physical letter via mail to the address they had been mailing the checks to that had been getting cashed monthly for the past 5 years. He never responded to that e-mail.
I e-mailed him several more times and got no response. So finally I called their corporate offices and left a voice mail for Eddie Bastian, Tim Siner, Jeff Kozlov, and Brad Estes. I finally got a hold of someone in accounting named Monet and she informed me that the account and funds were put on hold in
November 2007. She Informed me that in November and December in 2007 alone I was owed $5,014.50. She said she was not able to see how much was owed up until March 18th, when Eddie said the account was deactivated. She was very nice and said she would have Jeff call me back and personally give him the note.

I spoke to Jeff several days ago and he said that they had been trying to get a hold of me for about a year via e-mail and my out-dated cell phone number on the account but were unsuccessful in reaching me. He then told me that they decided to terminate the account because they noticed I hadn’t sent them any
traffic since 2005. I asked him why they never thought to mail me a physical letter stating the account was in jeopardy of being cancelled and he told me that one time (he doesn’t know when), that he put a business card in with the check. If any of you get VS Media checks, you’ll know that they litter them with flyers on new promotions, programs, etc. (most of it just shit you throw away). He claims he put a “note” in there asking me to call him. I can assure everyone here on my parents grave I never received a physical note in with one of the checks. I do believe I did receive a business card one time, but since I’m out of the industry with no current plans of returning….honestly what is the point of contacting a sales rep who’s going to want to talk about sending more traffic, etc… I had no idea at any time that if I did not contact a sales rep that my account could and would be killed! At no time, did I every receive any notification even in my old e-mails that I can see back up to one year stating the account was at risk of being closed.

So basically as it sits now…..I had an account with Video Secrets that made me about $15k per year and am currently owed probably about $7k-$10k in past due payments. Jeff has been a complete jerk and keeps informing me that it’s in their terms that they can cancel an account if they ever choose to for any reason. I of course believe this is completely breaking the lifetime commitment revshare program that I sent them customers that made them a great deal of money and are continuing to make them a great deal of money and what they are doing is ethically wrong. They’re basically pouting because I stopped doing business with
them and are selfishly stealing my money and telling me to “go fuck yourself” because they believe I will never send them any new business. My final offer to Jeff to settle this issue (which is still a bullshit deal for me), was simply pay me the money that I was owed from November of 2007 when they started holding the money and through March 18th 2008, when Eddie informed me the account was officially deactivated. Jeff said OK (as if he seemed to agree that was a fair settlement) and would get back to me with the amount of the check. Several more days went by and I never heard back from him so I called him today to see if the check was mailed out and he then informed me that his boss didn’t feel that they had to even pay me that money (even though the account was active when I earned that money) because of their terms that allow them to cancel an account for any reason. SCAMMERS!!!

I’ve always respected this board and remember it was always good to me and my fellow webmasters back in the day and hope that fellow webmasters will chime in along with me and encourage VS Media to do the right thing and re-instate my account, pay me the back owed money and always honor the “lifetime” rev-share
program they pitch. Trust me, I’m sure if this happened to anyone of you, you would feel the same about earning money off customers you referred to them. Remember, they wouldn’t be getting that money if I never sent them the traffic in the first place. Thanks for your help guys! I am also posting this on several other boards and contacting my attorney’s. My advice until this is resolved is NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH VIDEO SECRETS AKA VS MEDIA! I will post any developments here on this thread.

Is Mike South Supporting Illegal Tube Sites Himself?

Earlier this week Mike South was quick to send out a press release about a Playboy owned venture (GFY.com) took advertising money from a company who also just so happens to own a tube site.

Mike South besides his own blog, also happens to run a TGP. Basically a TGP site is sort of a picture post site, where other people submit a gallery of photos on his site and in return he shares in the advertising on that page of photos. In other words, every submitted photo gallery much include a link back to Mike South’s TGP site and the owner of the TGP (in this case Mike South) must approve any gallery page submitted.

So anyway the whole point I’m trying to make is that Mike South and his friends were quick to condemn Eric, GFY and Playboy for benefiting from a company who owns an illegal tube site when he himself is doing the exact same thing.

Now before Mike South tries the expected response of he didn’t know, keep in mind that every single post submitted on his TGP has to be approved by him. As you can see from the screenshot above, the ad for Brazzers is very clear and right under his own name. You can’t quite miss that not once but MULTIPLE times.

So who cares if Mike South is pimping out Brazzers? Well remember earlier this week he called out Playboy / GFY for it.

Brazzers has been shown to be the owners of TrafficJunky (see link here on GfY), who works directly with illegal tube sites. TrafficJunky is the exact same site Mike South is up in arms about for them paying GFY for an ad. So he is in fact guilty of EXACTLY the same thing he is bitching about.

Last week I got an email with some photos put out by the Playboy owned and operated site RealJanine.com, in which they proudly proclaim it to be Janine’s OFFICIAL website. The problem is, Janine hasn’t had anything to do with that website in years, and rumor has it, they haven’t been paying her any money from the site either. Janine’s actual OFFICIAL site, that she endorses, creates new content for and that actually gives her money for her work is FreeJanine.com. So for Playboy to mislead their consumers if if nothing else at least a little shady, wouldn’t you say?

Well Playboy also happens to own a website called GFY, for years it was a popular message board for adult webmasters to hang out and talk shit.  Recently they got a new paid advertiser, which just so happened to be a company who also owns an illegal tube site.   This is one of the posted messages in response from the webmasters who frequent the board.

Dear playboy stockholders,

It has come to my attention that one of playboys assets has been advertising sites that steal its own product and then gives it away. I find it hard to believe supporting sites that give your product away will make you money. Playboy shares have dropped steadily since gfy started advertising sites that directly profit from the theft of playboy content.

Do you think playboy should take a stronger stance when it comes to who it advertises for ? Do you think playboy should stop supporting these sites ? or do you think supporting these sites that give away your product will improve sales ?

As you can imagine there was a huge uproar over GFY taking money from a site that not only owned an illegal tube site with tons of stolen content but that also included stolen owned by Playboy and Playboy owned properties. So here is Mike South and his friend’s response.

We want all of GFY’s participants to come join us and make this the industry’s best resource board, after all it is he posters that make a board like this successful and we welcome you all.”

Indeed gofuckgfy.com has barely been up twenty four hours and has already attracted such luminaries as Dean Capture and Gonzo and is already over 100 posts and growing by the minute.

Reading the rules on the board kind of sums up the atmosphere. The rules are “Use common sense”.

Dumb ass of the day award goes to Nerd Pass

So I get a lot of really stupid ass emails.  No seriously, I do.  I got some stupid shit today about voting in something called the Ed Awards, just after I posted about being annoyed by all the rash of “vote for me” fucking fake ass awards.  I mean for fuck sakes, at least Twistys gave the girls huge cash and pink fucking Rolex.  Now THAT is an award worth fighting for votes over.  Not some fake ass title at some made up awards.  Anyway back to my fucking point, I get a bunch of dumb ass emails all the time.  Mostly I just delete them but sometimes I write the people back and taunt them for being so fucking stupid.  Today however we reach a new pinnacle of stupidity.


There is a company, who I heard of in the past on the Go Fuck Yourself boards, and not in a positive light mind you.  Apparently they were going around talking shit about Bang Bros or something.  Fuck I don’t know but apparently the guys who run their operation aren’t really well liked over at GFY because all the posts I found on them were pretty negative.


Now with such a shitty reputation, you would think these guys would go out of their way not to cause more legal trouble for themselves, right? Wrong. Oh so wrong. They recently got a legal notice for unauthorized and illegal display of someone else’s trademark.


Instead of dealing with the situation at hand, in a professional manner these jokers copy the letter, take a picture of what they did wrong and send it out around the world in the form of a press release, as if they could somehow bolster sales for their movie by stirring up some sort of fake ass drama.


What they did was wrong, but even worse, when they got caught, instead of owning up to their mistakes like a man, they instead acted immaturely and unprofessionally by bragging about their potential looming lawsuit. Of course legal troubles seem to be nothing new to these guys since they just today were involved in depositions for some other shit they pulled.


These NerdPass fuckers seem to have some sort of web deal with Cezar Capone, but his stuff is much better. Although their products are similar, in that they are all reality type porn, Cezar Capone’s is a class by itself. These guys aren’t even in the same realm. Not sure what kind of website deal Cezar Capone has with these jokers but let us hope he quickly finds his way out of it.


So ya, dumb ass of the day award totally goes to the dumb fuckers over there at Nerd Pass. They seriously need to be smacked up side the fucking head with my dick.

Nerdpass busted by Sunbelt Rentals over SeeMeInPublic.com. Miami based porn company NerdPass.com owned by famous from another controversial project: Bang Bus (currently vivalabus.com) D Sanchez, got busted by Sunbelt Rentals for featuring their rental equipment on amateur series “See Me In Public”. Ours later pictures featuring porn stud “JT” banging a dark hair beauty somewhere at public Miami streets dissapeared from seemeinpublic.com. JT reached for comment said only “yeah, it was a crazy day!”

When HD shows far to much

I have long been saying that all that is HD isn’t gold and today a picture I found proves just that. Here we have an HD picture I cropped down to just the ass. This is the part of the photo that will make you go WTF?  Here we have a picture of a model’s ass that acne aside has a nice little and unexplained brown spot right near her anus.  Seriously did the photographer not think to wipe the model’s ass or even better, photoshop that fucking picture before posting it?  Here is the thread with the original GFY images.  The photo below the first one  shows razor burn from hell with the same model.  These photos if nothing else show us that sometimes HD content is not a good thing.
