I noticed today on Adult FYI that Kelly Devine was laying claim to be the first porn star to run her own VOD site (that wasn’t hosted by a 2nd or 3rd party).  Well, I am not sure where she gets that.  Has she never seen sites like Club Taylor Rain?  That site has offered Video on Demand for years and is self run / hosted and is really nothing more than “video on demand”.

I guess the one difference is that one charges their fans to view per scene while the other changes one flat fee for all videos … but in the end, pay per minute, or pay per month, it is still video on demand.

Someone recently posted that a movie was being shot in Miami with a $1 million dollar budget.  Below is exactly what was said on Adult FYI but right away I knew something wasn’t right.  Someone in Miami shooting with a million dollar budget?  Bull fucking shit.  If the report would have said $10,000 budget or maybe even $15,000 that would have been far more believable.  The next day a new post went up on Adult FYI about the girl in question being Shawna Lenee.

Sgt. Schultz writes: I recently heard that a big new porn company is all pissed off because a very expensive movie they are shooting in Miami had to be delayed because a mental case big star actress freaked out on set and split Miami in the middle of the movie.

There’s two sides to every story.

He is obviously referring to Shawna Lenee last week in Miami on the FyreTV/Josh Stone Productions shoot.

Bullshit that it is a million dollar shoot. hahahaha

Shawna tweeted about it and says that she was assaulted on set by Josh Stone’s wife/girlfriend. According to Shawna she didn’t bail on them, in fact they renegotiated with them to get more money rather than Shawna calling the police to report the assault.

So what the hell really went down that day? Well according to my sources and with the help of Shawna Lenee’s own twitter account we were able to piece together a far more accurate version of the story.

Shawna Lenee with the help of LA Direct Models went into negotiations for her first ever anal scene. They wanted big bucks … far far more inflated price than it was worth, at least what I was hearing. I mean your average girl may do it for $5,000 for her first time but I heard Shawna Lenee wanted in the ballpark of $15,000 to $20,000. Don’t know if that is true, but that is what I heard from a couple of different people. Now keep in mind the typical cost to book a performer like Shawna Lenee for normal boy / girl sex is around $1,500 per scene.

Now the deal was done and Shawna Lenee went off to Miami to shoot her scene.  She was working for a company called Josh Stone Productions who was in turn making the movie for Fyre TV.

The first real sign of trouble we got was when Shawna Lenee tweeted ……

Then came the next series of tweets where Shawna Lenee talks about then not being the smartest people and other related insults.  She also talks about how a member of the crew tried to fight with her on the set.

I heard the crew member in question grabbed her arm, strong enough to at least leave a red mark and possibly pulled Shawna Lenee’s hair when she tried to walk away.  Witnesses said Shawna Lenee was “noticeably upset” and “very shaken by the whole ordeal” and that the party in question extremely overacted.

I asked if Shawna Lenee was being her typically rumored diva self on the set and from what I was told, she was a little bit being a problem.  “But that’s just her way”.  One person said that Shawna Lenee was being a little diva like but it was her first anal scene and she was probably just nervous about it.

So on top of everything else Shawna Lenee commits a crime, taking a bribe instead of reporting a crime – but even worse she then tweets about doing it, like a dumb ass.

But that isn’t even the best part of the story.

After all of this drama and mess, Shawna Lenee doesn’t even get paid.  The check Josh Stone productions gave her bounced.  Then they told her they would wire the money and it should hit her account by 9 am today.  As of 3 pm the money still wasn’t there.

So here is how all that went down.  The next day they got Shawna Lenee to come back on set and they shot her.  They gave her a check for the agreed upon amount but it was hand written.  The bank was a little suspicious so put a 10 day hold on it.  Sure enough, it bounced.

And you would think at this point the story would be over, right?  Well how wrong you would be.  According to Shawna Lenee, in her contract Fyre TV can’t just release her anal scene on the web.  It has to be released on the DVD as well and apparently Fyre TV apparently has suggested otherwise and now she’s pissed, reminding them that they agreed it wouldn’t just be a web scene.

This story is just so crazy and fucked up you almost don’t even want to believe it all really happens.  So in the end who is to blame?  Normally I would put all of this on Shawna Lenee’s lap because she has such a history of drama, drama, drama but to be honest, I don’t know if even a normal chick could have kept their cool under the circumstances she was put under and now bouncing her check?  That’s some real bullshit there.

I also lay some blame on her agents.  Why was a star dealing with payment issues in the first place?  Shouldn’t a company who has clearly had money issues in the past paid LA Direct Models directly and then they could have paid the model, taking the hassle out of the star’s life?  I don’t think a star should have to chase down her payment.  That kind of petty bullshit really should be handled in advance by her agent.  Period.

Gamelink in trouble? Looks like it ….

I’m sure most of you have heard of the DVD store called Gamelink and most of you know that last year they were purchased by Private Media Group and well since that time there have been some rumblings here and there about affiliate skimming, fraud and financial troubles, with some stories reporting as much as a 60% drop in sales and even some about lawsuits including one from a pretty well known company, Anarchy who flat out wants their product removed from the Gamelink site all together. Some of the more popular Anarchy titles include Nut Busters 11, and Cum to Mommy 2.

Are there any truth to these rumors of trouble in paradise?  Well some affiliates on various message boards are confirming that their earnings with Gamelink have dropped significantly and they have begun to look for alternative solutions to send their traffic to, and if that isn’t enough, now CNBC is reporting that Private Media Group’s (aka the company who owns Gamelink) stock is doing so bad they are at risk for being delisted from Nasdaq. Donny Long blames La Direct Models for HIV Scare

I was reading a story today over at Adult FYI where Donny Long calls out LA Direct Models for all of this HIV mess. Although most people will agree that for the most part Donny Long is pretty much insane with major drug problems of his own, on this particular part he may have a point. For awhile while now Donny Long has been calling out LA Direct Models on their risky hiring and booking practices. His bitch has been that it puts the girls at risk when you book them them to work with male talent that also works on gay or tranny sets and shockingly sometimes with no condoms.


There are a lot girls out there that mistakenly expect their booking agents to look out for their best interest.    That is a very naive expectation that could end up costing that girl her life.  What Donny Long has basically been pointing out for awhile now is companies like LA Direct Models will send a girl to do a scene with a guy like Christian, and the girl may not realize that he has previously had sex with a tranny.  Which is typically considered “very risky behavior” in terms of HIV transmission.


So are companies like LA Direct Models who book female talent with male talent who has previously performed in “very risky behavior”? Well you have a brain, you can answer that for yourself but I’m sure if you ask Donny Long, he will say FUCK YES YOU STUPID MOTHER FUCKERS.  What we do know though is that something needs to change.  Most people consider HIV the illness of the ’90s but it is very much still alive and putting each and every porn star at risk even to this day.  I’m all for porn but I’m also for the safety and well being of the girls who work in this business.  For fuck sakes girls, start taking a proactive approach to your own safety and well being.   Don’t expect your agents, managers or handlers to give two shits about you.  You are an income to them.  I don’t care what they say, in the end they don’t give two fucks about you.   The only person that really cares about you in this business is YOU so start taking care of yourself.  Grow a fucking spine and speak up, letting people know that you care about yourself and your future and stop taking so many fucking risks with your lives.

Christian vs Mike South about Kayden Kross … OOOPS!

I was reading a great story about how Kayden Kross hired Mike South to be her personal career adviser and it was actually from Christian.   Now I was with up at first. It was pretty damn good reading. This story from AdultFYI goes on about how Mike South is a little dated and out of touch with current happenings in the industry. For one the man doesn’t even live in LA, nor has he really done anything remotely relevant to the LA scene in years.


I’ll give Christian that. I’ll also agree that Kayden Kross probably didn’t make the best choice in advisors when the man on your payroll is going around making threats saying you bow down to him because without his okay he isn’t signing off on dick.


So basically if you are his enemy or he doesn’t like you for any number of personal reasons Kayden Kross can’t perform with you despite it possibly being good for her career. That’s not good business sense. That’s someone with some serious personality issues.


But then we come to the part of his story where he continues to try and discredit Mike South. There are many ways to do this without having t0 flat out lie. Because when you lie and people catch you in that lie it makes you look like a dumb ass.   What I’m getting to is the part about Christian talking about Mike South’s blog. In this rant he claims to have 15,000 visitors a day and talked about how his blog gets more traffic than Mike South’s blog.  Or maybe he really just doesn’t know better.  Maybe in his mind he really has 15,000 people view his blog a day even though really it’s probably more like 1,500.  Oh, or maybe it was a typo and he really mean 1,500.

AdultFYI – Lets review. Kayden Kross hires Mike South to “advise” her. Kayden knows my blog is read by 15,000 people daily. Kayden has had some negative press lately. Mike South then PURPOSELY ANTAGONIZES ME ON THIS VERY BLOG, when he knows I am going to respond. So the dude she hired to advise her and garner her positive publicity just purposely garnered her NEGATIVE publicity. Does that make any sense at all to anyone? Holy hell that was dumb.


This got me thinking. Man how the fuck does Christian’s blog get 15,000 people a day? That’s damn impressive. I’m not going ot lie – that’s damn impressive, especially considering the fact that there are some decently known porn stars whose websites don’t get that much traffic a day.


Taking what the man said at face value, I went to do some digging to see what kind of traffic Mike South gets in comparison.


I know how much traffic LukeFord.com gets each day because I can see my server logs. So using that as a base comparison I thought I would do a three way Alexa report on the three websites – LukeFord.com, MikeSouth.com and christiansingstheblues.com.


What I found is that the three were very close on the chart – so much so that you could barely tell the three sites apart across the bar line.

So I ran a report over at Compete.com. They actually have a very nice site analystics tool that some say is more accurate than Alexa. I don’t know if this is true or not but what I do know is that, at least according to them LukeFord.com gets the most traffic, MikeSouth.com gets about half of what LukeFord.com gets and christiansingstheblues.com gets slightly less than that. And even more interseting is that they are reporting Mike South’s traffic is up 23% this month, well for the month of November while christiansingstheblues.com seems to be down by 56%.

So our lesson today is this ……. if you are going to call soemone out for being a dumb ass and saying their blog sucks and yours rocks, make sure their blog isn’t more successful than your own.
