For days now porn bloggers across the net have been posting up a shit storm of information (true or not) about the pending Kayden Kross legal matter. In addition to the facts or so called facts they dig up they tend to throw in a sling of mud or two per post at other bloggers. “OMG YOU POSTED 10 HOURS LATER. YOU SUCK” or “YOU ARE A PIMP BECAUSE SOMEONE PAID YOU A CONSULTING FEE. HA HA LOSER” or “YOU ARE A DRUGGIE SO LIKE ANYONE CARES WHAT YOU SAY.  GO SMOKE SOME MORE CRACK”. Most of the posts have been slightly insightful with a side order of weirdly placed bitter resentment.

Mike South has been closest to the entire mess because Kayden Kross blogs for him on his website and has ironically had the least to say. However today he has decided to speak out about it and address a person or two slinging some of the mud.  Well to be more specific to the what he calls attacks but the likes of Scott Fayner. And he brings up a good point …

Mike South blogs … What nobody seems to comprehend is why a second rate, drug addled trust fund baby has such a grind with Kross?  Or maybe it’s Adam and Eve…who knows.

I understand reporting on a story, and giving the facts as you see them but that isn’t what’s been going on here.  As I pointed out the other day, in my story about telling the truth, Scott Fayner and others have gone out of their way to try and gain sympathy for one of the prosecution’s witnesses in this case.

Some sources are calling him a poor, disabled vet, in an attempt to show how evil Kayden Kross is for what she did.  But in reality this man was no more injured in war than I was.  He had a accident at work and was on disability as a result of that accident from work NOT A WAR and that is why he fell behind on his mortgage payments and as such the bank was going to foreclose on him.  This man may have been in the Marines but he sure the fuck isn’t a disabled vet.  However some people are calling him that so that you have more pity for him.

But truth is we don’t know to what extent Kayden Kross was actually involved in any of this mess.  We know she had some involvement, sure but how much?  We don’t know if the person they are all interviewing is telling the truth or just speaking out of anger and bitter resentment and maybe like any normal person would when they are hurt and pissed off, skewing his recollection of the story toward his own benefit.  It’s only human nature to do that.

So why are people who love to brag about what great journalist or bloggers they are, go out of their way to employ such tactics?  Do they have sort of secret thing against Kayden Kross that we don’t know of?   Clearly there is some hidden issues here, that hopefully will come to light soon enough.

What we do know for a fact is that the government has some sort of case against Kayden Kross for fraud but we know almost none of the FACTS.  We can assume based on a few things provided to us or based on stories told to us by ex boyfriends, and jilted business partners but those don’t make them FACTS.  They make them assumptions and in some cases down right slander.

I will be the first to admit that I don’t like the fact that Kayden Kross is playing the I was young and stupid card while every day for the last 6 months we’ve had to hear her boast about her brilliant and independent she is through her many blog posts.  You have to pick one side of the fence or the other.  She clearly wants to play both and that just annoys the fuck out of me.

It also annoys the fuck out of me that she OR SOMEONE that may or may not be Kayden Kross took some stupid fuckers rent payments and then didn’t pay the mortgage with them.  That is wrong no matter how you look at it or how you twist it and if it was Kayden Kross she sure as fuck better do the right thing by this guy no matter how this criminal case turns out.

I don’t care if you were “young and stupid”, give the man his money back.  Not because you have to legally but because it is the right thing to do.

I was doing some digging on my own on this Kayden Kross story and here is what I was able to find. The case against Kayden Kross was filed on August 6, 2008, although it seems she was only recently arrested for it. Which apparently is why the story is just now breaking.  She is in jail and this is considered a very serious matter.  What makes it even more serious is the overall state of the economy and the mortgage crisis.  The government has just bailed out two major lenders and from what I am hearing, courts are taking any cases of real estate fraud with more severity than they ever have before.  Throw in the fact that the victims in this matter is a disabled vertern during a time of war and well, as you can imagine things are not looking good for this former Vivid girl and current Adam and Eve contract girl.

I think what bothers me the most in this whole ordeal is her lame ass excuse. “I WAS YOUNG STUPID” isn’t cutting it for me. Anyone past 10 years old can’t claim they didn’t know that stealing was wrong. Fraud is fraud and fraud against a man and women with four children that was already in a fucked up situation is even worse.  This bitch knew right from wrong.   This is no grey line here or I was young and didn’t know that stealing their money was bad.    Any respect I gained for Kayden Kross from her postings I have lost now with this bullshit.

OWN UP TO WHAT YOU DID AND FUCKING DO RIGHT BY THESE PEOPLE! not because you have to but because it’s the right thing to fucking do.

Apparently she was originally charged with three counts of something however the #2 count seems to have been dropped. As of now she has just the two charges remaining.  The first is listed as a Criminal felony charge - PC 487(A) (this is grand theft). The second is also a criminal felony charge - CCC1695.3. This is the charge relating to real estate fraud. This charge stems from the Home Equity Sales Contract Act Section 1695. Specifically the part where “by a deed from a trustee acting under the power of sale contained in a deed of trust or mortgage at a foreclosure sale conducted”.

In addition to Kayden Kross, another man by the name of William Henley was also charged on the same date.  He has two charges pending. The first was the same as Kayden’s which was the criminal felony, grand theft - PC 487(A).

The second charge for Mr. Henley was the criminal felony charge of CCC2945.4(D) . This is a law that is meant t0 safeguard against deceit. In short it is meant to protect the homeowners in foreclosures that are subject to unfair dealings by “foreclosure consultants“.

Both Kayden Kross and William Henley are scheduled to be arraigned in this matter on October 14th at 10:30 am at the downtown Sacramento courthouse.

Although it may not be the same person, but there was a William Scott Henley court case or two with a William Scott Henley also out of Sacramento (same name and location as the defendant in the Kayden Kross case) involved in a company called Liquidation Properties, Inc. One of them shows 11 causes of action again him … 1st for Breach of Contract; the 2nd for Intentional Misrepresentation of Fact/Fraud; the 3rd for Negligent Misrepresentation of Fact; the 4th for Violation of the Federal Truth in Lending Act; the 5th for Predatory Lending in Violation of Financial Code §4970 et seq.; the 6th for Unfair Business Practices in Violation of Cal. Bus. and Prof. Code §17200, the 7th for Fraudulent, Deceptive, and Unfair Dealing by Home Equity Purchasers in Violation of Cal. Civil Code §1695 et seq.; the 8th for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress; the 9th for Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress; the 10th for Declaratory Relief; and the 11th for Accounting.

This case may be the same as the one Kayden Kross went down for or another one all together.   Either way you can read the full legal filing here.

Well apparently we are about to find out as that is the story that the lovely miss Kayden Kross is giving as her excuse for defrauding a disabled vet, his wife and four children out of their home.  Kayden Kross is a former Vivid girl who went on to sign with Adam and Eve.  Kayden Kross was in the news a lot it seems lately with her appearnce on the Opie and Anthony radio show, to being punched in the face, to getting arrested in the airport for stealing her own dog from her ex boyfriend, to being a celebrity blogger for Mike South.

SACRAMENTO - Adult star Kayden Kross has been accused of violations of California’s Penal Code, reportedly involving investments she made in foreclosed homes. The charges include grand theft (Sec. 487(a) of the Penal Code) and violations of the Civil Code involving contracts for purchases of home equity (Sec. 1695.3).




While the exact nature of the charges in the criminal complaint are not yet known, knowledgeable sources have told AVN that the charges involve Kross and other defendants having purchased at least two homes that were in foreclosure but still occupied, in an arrangement where Kross would assume ownership and collect rent on the properties until the occupants were in a position to buy back the properties. However, none of that information is currently verified.




“We’re really at the initial stages of the case, so a lot of the details are unknown,” said Kross’s attorney Jon-Paul Valcarenghi of the Sacramento firm of Rothschild Wishek & Sands. “What I can tell you is that Miss Kross was 20 years old and financially inexperienced when she became the victim of two mortgage professionals that she naively trusted. At least one other young woman was similarly victimized, and we intend to investigate these allegations and vigorously defend Miss Kross.”




When asked to define the term “mortgage professionals” and to describe what form the victimization took, Valcarenghi said he was unable to be more forthcoming.




“Here’s why,” he said. “Only because of my limit on my ability to comment because of professional rules, but also because Miss Kross has not been arraigned in court. There has not even been a court appearance yet. I have not even seen the charging document from the court file, so I’m sorry that I can’t provide more details.”




Kross is scheduled to be arraigned in California District Court in Sacramento on Oct. 14, and it is expected that she will move at that time to sever her case from those of other defendants similarly charged in the complaint.




Kross, 23, is an exclusive contract performer for Adam & Eve Pictures. As more details become available, they will be reported here.

Final: “Young and Pretty” Kayden Kross’ Ex Dishes the Dirt; Grand Theft Realto

I spoke Wednesday afternoon to Kayden Kross’ ex. I will refer to him as OBF- old boy friend.

OBF gave me some dirt on what’s going on with Kross, Adam & Eve’s contract girl who’s been indicted by the Feds. OBF has also been approached by federal investigators in the real estate fraud case centered in Gold River, California in which Kross is apparently facing four criminal charges. Gold River is a suburb of Sacramento. There are several properties involved in this case.

“I was also contacted by the private investigators for the bank,” says OBF.

OBF and Kross were together from the time she was 18 until she was 21. They basically split when she got into porn, he tells me.

“Same old story,” he says.

They had met in a strip club three years earlier. I have to laugh.

“I know- as ten years her senior I should have known better,” OBF concedes. He was three years out of the army at the time. I asked OBF if he had the rank of Captain Save-a-Ho while in the Armed Forces.

“At the time we met and began dating it was somewhat of a casual relationship,” he says. “Then four or five months into it we moved in together. We moved into my residence.”

At the time they met at the strip club, OBF bought a couple of lap dances.

“She gave me her number,” recalls OBF. “I called her. We went out on a date and pretty much that first date we began seeing one another every day.”

OBF says he’s always had an entrepreneur’s streak. He began his own company which became quite successful in a very short time. He deals with hedge funds and private trusts.

“I facilitate the purchase and acquisitions of various private equity investments,” he goes on to say. “So this market right now is great for me.”

According to OBF one of the charges for which Kross gets arraigned on in October is grand theft.

“The others are for real estate fraud,” OBF clarifies. “I imagine there’s going to be a bank fraud and tax fraud as well.”

OBF said he was witness to a lot of this.

“I told her at the time there were going to be ramifications for you doing this. They’re not just going to let you walk because you’re blond and you’re young. Her attitude was they will because I’m young, blond and pretty.”

I mention to OBF that Kross’ comments to Scott Fayner, who broke the story, www.scottfayner.com suggest that she was a naïf and a tool of darker forces.

“If she was a tool of darker forces why did she receive all the money?” wonders OBF. OBF surmises that Kross made between $75,000 to $105,000 on this deal.

“The way this was established is that it was a foreclosure bailout for a family,” OBF explains.

“She engaged in a year long contract with the option to extend it depending on market prices. The contract was established so that there was upfront money combined with money that was going to be held to make up the difference between a mortgage payment and the rent that the family was paying in the lease option.”

“She allowed the family to make one rent payment then decided she no longer wanted to participate in the contract and without sending notice of cancellation or giving the family the option to attempt to repurchase the property, she sold off the titles to a third party for $10,000 apiece. Basically she kept the family’s money and both their rent and their equity-the money she was able to access out of the front end of the deal was exclusively from the equity of the house.”

I asked OBF if there were other people involved in this scheme of things.

“At the point that she sold off the titles she was involved with a third party that facilitated the purchase of the titles, OBF replies. “They went ahead and leveraged out the titles to 125 percent on top of the 125 percent that was previously leveraged out. Then you had a property that’s been encumbered to 250% of its value. It’s speculated that she received a kickback on that as well.”

According to OBF, Kross was 21 when she was doing all this sophisticated handiwork. Doesn’t sound like someone who was young, innocent and naïve.

“The assertion that she is highly intelligent is definitely right on,” says OBF who mentions a fraud charge Kross also incurred as a minor. OBF says Kross’ father told him about it because he was the one allegedly defrauded.

“She was living with her father who had been estranged from her father.”

OBF isn’t exactly sure on the details but knows it involved either checks or credit cards belonging to her stepmother on which Kross allegedly ran up some bills. Supposedly Kross told OBF all about it after which her father also confirmed the story to him.

“But that fraud case was consequently expunged,” adds OBF who describes Kross as “manipulative” and “calculating”.

OBF says Kross’ mother went nuts when she found out that Kayden was getting into porn.

“She contacted me on a nightly basis in tears. She wanted her to get her head back on straight,” says OBF.

Kross in the year 2005 was approached by Matrix Models to do solo girl magazine layouts. OBF who had dated similar girls in similar situations knew what the program was, that sooner or later he and Kross would have a confrontation about her future plans.

“I knew what the program was- it’s a desensitization process,” says OBF. “I knew what was going to happen.”

OBF and Kross had issues when she signed her Hustler contract. They
broke up for a period of three months then ended up reconciling.

“But she reneged on that contract,” says OBF.

His understanding was that she was going to drop porn and go to school and finish her education.

According to OBF, Hustler had paid Kross $2500 to that point but she reimbursed them the money. However Kross never got out of modeling.

“And it re-escalated into hey I’m doing porn,” says OBF.

OBF says his concerns are for the family that lost its ass as well as their house.

“You have a man who was disabled in Vietnam with a back injury,” points out OBF.

The family filed the complaint which began the investigation into Kross’ activities.

When the family became aware of what happened, the mortgage broker, William Scott Henley, according to OBF, stepped in and tried to help.

“He’s been absolutely vital in assisting the family,” states OBF.

“So much to the point that when they did lose their house, he put them up in one of his own properties. He subsequently ended up losing that. He put them up for better than a year without any rent, paying all of their utility bills and transporting the man back and forth to his doctor appointments when necessary. Even at some point he brought them food as the wife was working two past time jobs. They were supporting four kids.”

“Now the Sacramento DA is pressing charges against him as a third party even though he had nothing to do with a breach of contract.”

I was reading a story by Kayden Kross over at Mike South which talked about something called a Myspace fuck raffel.  Long story short, you buy a ticket for a chance to win, which the prize is you get to do a scene with a porn star.  Kayden Kross was very clear in that she in no way had anything to do with this website or these people and it was a lie that her name was on the prize list.

Kayden blogs : A few months ago I got a number of emails asking if I was in the sex raffle through myspace. I said something to the tune of fuck no. Then yesterday I got two emails about it. Apparently I’m on the list (http://www.fuckraffle.net/?page_id=6). Not cool. Let this first be my absolute denial of any and all involvement in the thing. Mine was not the only name I was surprised to see on the list though. Jesse Jane? I can’t honestly see Digital Playground letting that happen. So obviously the people running the site have no intention of actually following through on their end of the raffle. Maybe it’s an obtuse ploy to just direct traffic to their site or gain media attention for some other half baked idea? I don’t know. Either way it’s fucked up.

I decided to check out this little scam of a website and just like I thought, it was in fact a scam.

Tawny Roberts?  Lanny Barby?  I don’t think so.  Tawny Roberts hasn’t been active since 2005 and Lanny Barby is on leave for at least the last few months and even then, she is still under contract with Vivid so that would legally prevent her from doing any sex scenes with anyone.  Beyond that, she isn’t even in the country right now and my sources say nor does she have plans to be any time soon.

The Porn Whore versus The Dumb Ass

But let me start at the beginning so that you fully understand the story.  First there is Chasey Lain who has been in the business for quite awhile now.  Her first movie was in 1991 and during the last 17 years she’s performed in about 100 movies, directed a handful and even has some writing credit to her name and in 2003 Chasey Lain was inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame.  Throw in the television shows, mainstream movies and the rock videos she’s appeared in and well you have someone that you might call a seasoned pro on your hands.

Recently however Chasey Lain hasn’t quite been as active as she was in her early days and there have been unconfirmed rumors of her having some problems with drugs.  Whatever the truth may be, we know that by all accounts Chasey Lain did not age gracefully, but that being said it doesn’t make her a “crack whore”.  Here is an image of Chasey Lain from a movie she just did (released in 2008).  You can decide for yourself what you think.  Honestly I think they photoshopped the fuck out of her face so much I couldn’t even tell it was her if it were not for her tits.

Then there is Donny Long.  He started out in the business in 2005 with his performance in the movies Mexicunts 3 and Chica Boom 36.  In late 2007 he decided to start a content production company.  This basically means he shoots photosets and video clips for adult websites.  In his press release for AVN promoting his new company he claims to have been in 500 titles.  Yet IMBD could only come up with 81 titles throughout the entire span of his career and keep in mind some of those may very well be compilation titles.

Long, a performer with a résumé of over 500 titles, now appears exclusively in the scenes he produces, and is catering mainly to internet affiliate-based clients.

The biggest project he seems to have been involved in is a scene in the recently released Vivid feature My Big Fake Wedding with Brea Lynn.  He performed in this scene with Carmel Moore, Jack Venice and Jada Fire.  And this performance is only notable not because of the budget of the flick but because he performed in a scene with Jack Venice who you might have heard recently is dating the newest Vivid girl Hanna Hilton and is up on rape charges.  He’s being accused of breaking into some college girl’s place and raping her.  Which seems odd since he’s a porn star and gets Grade A prime pussy all day long but hey whatever.  I’m not a lawyer so what the fuck do I know?  Back to Donny The Douche Bag Long … his blog brags about their new big project which is midgets. Yes, midgets.

So here we have a guy who’s been in the business about two years, hasn’t really been in any big budget productions, doesn’t really have any writing or directing titles to his credit who started his own company to make his own scenes and take his own photos to sell to others that in the press, fudges a bit on the truth and where was I going with this?  I’m so bored with this douche I fucking forget already.

It seems this isn’t the first time Donny Long has had problems.  There is a cute little up and commer named Roxy Deville.  She isn’t BIG in the industry just yet but her fame is growing.

According to a story I read over at AdultFYI, Donny Long had it out with her as well when she chose not to work with him because of his bad reputation and he tried to get around booking her through her agent to screw him out of money due and probably try to get her for cheaper.  Donny Long’s response?

ok be a stupid tranny lover whore go fuck yoursself you sick fuck. I just saw that your a tranny fucker lover now i get it. you a c3x both can go to hell.

But this story isn’t the only one. There is a story like THIS one which goes on about how he’s a homo and how nobody wants to work with him and how he’s a liability to the industry, blah blah.  I think Donny Long’s reputation speaks for itself.

Now for the Chasey Lain vs Donny Long fight

So one day Donny Long’s new company decides to hire Chasey Lain for two scenes.  According to Donny Long’s blog, one of the scenes was for boy/girl sex and the other was for a gagging blow job.  She was late and this was wrong of her.  But she wasn’t just a little late, she was insanely late.  She was due on the set at 9 am.  She didn’t show.  However at 8 pm that night, some 11 hours later she showed up.  By anyone’s standards being 11 hours late is beyond unacceptable.

So for some reason they spend 3 1/2 hours in makeup.  Donny Long claims it is because Chasey Lain won’t shut up but even then, how fucking hard is it to put on makeup?  Seriously, wtf is wrong with his makeup artist?  Oh I see, he said that he’s paying her double time for this job so that bitch is no doubt milking it for all the overtime she can get.

When we see the video footage of this 3 1/2 hour makeup session we find that where Donny The Douche Bag Long says Chasey Lain won’t shut up is the part where she is standing up for her rights.  To make a long story short, Chasey Lain has some concerns about her contractual agreements.  She stated that she was hired for two scenes and he insists she do hardcore stills in addition to her scenes and she says they can just screen capture them from the video footage.  He argues with her about this and she says that she’ll agree to it but only if they write in on the contract that he won’t be using these for other things.  Basically Chasey Lain has been around the block long enough to know that once a scumbag like Donny Long gets his hands on some photos of her, he will sell and resell them every chance he gets and she’s not interested in that kind of deal.  Chasey Lain, like many stars like to have more control over their image. Next Chasey Lain goes to find something to wear for the photoshoot.  What she selects something in black, Donny Long doesn’t like so she has to change.  She spends some time trying to find something while Donny Long continually yells NO NOT THAT, PUT THIS OR THAT ON.  This goes on for about an hour.  No doubt by now any female talent would be flustered and frustrated.

She pulls herself together and begins to position herself on the couch for the first set of still shots.  With her 17 years of experience in doing this I’m pretty sure the bitch knows how to do her job but Donny Long continues to berate her.  She tries to explain that something with this position doesn’t feel right and he insults her some more.  She sucks it up and gets through to the next part where she standing in the same dress, in what appears to be 6 or maybe 8 inch spiked high heels, with one leg on the ground and the other one up, exposing her leg.  it is while attempting this balancing act, she stumbles then gets back up and goes right back to her poses.  What does Donny The Douche Bag Long do? Why he yells at her of course for not standing still. Saying that all this moving around is ruining his shots.

The video footage ends by Donny Long chasing her out of his crack whore looking wharehouse which I can only image him and his heroin junkies hang out, to film Chasey Lain get into a car with tinted windows.  He confirms on the video that he can’t see into the car but them tells the cameras that she is in her car (that remember he can’t see into because it’s night and the car has dark tinted windows) that she is in her car smoking a crack pipe.

Porn Star Kayden Kross may very well be the Ryan Seacrest of the porn business, in that she has more jobs than you can shake a stick at … to say she has been one busy little bee is an understatement.  First we have the release of her new movie from Vivid called Busting The Babysitter.  (click the title of that movie to get to the link for the movie trailer)  It looks to be a quirky little sex comedy, that was directed by Chuck Lords.

We all know that Kayden Kross blogs over at Mike South but did you know that she also blogs on her Myspace page, and now for Adult Stars Magazine too?!  She’s also busy working on her official website (ClubKayden.com) and promises that she personally will be involved in it.  Interestingly enough, apparently she also blogs over at xCritic as well, along with Penny Flame, Shay Jordan and Eva Angelina.


And somehow she found time to fly to Vegas for the Xbiz summer 2008 show last week and win the iporn hot body contest as well as taking 3rd in the MIss XBIZ pageant.

Right now there is a small adult gathering going on in Las Vegas for industry professionals and as part of that event they held the Miss XBIZ Summer 2008 event.  Competing for the title were a total of 10 girls including Vivid’s new starlet Nikki Jayne, Alyssah Simone and former Vivid girl, now Adam & Eve contract star Kayden Kross as well as Penny Flame, Sunny Lane, Joanna Angel, Renae Perez, Tricia Uptown, Puma Swede and Moxie Maddron.

First place was awarded to Nikki Jayne, the second place winner was Alyssah Simone and third place went to Kayden Kross.  You can read all about the event at XBIZ.  Contest judges included XBIZ owner Alec Helmy, Vivid contract performer Sunny Leone, CC Bill’s Ron Cadwell, Steve Lightspeed, Albert from SilverCash and Jenni Dahling.

In the end, Nikki Jayne won with a touch of British charm, telling the judges that she deserved to win because she was the “freshest face in porn.” A confident stripper strut in her white crocheted bikini and a dance performance outfitted as a sexy cowgirl was what ultimately got her the winner’s tiara.

I love to keep up with other bloggers as from time to time they have some interesting things to say. I will be the first to admit, that Kayden Kross morose than anyone else seems to draw my interest. But today I find myself going WTF?! At what I am reading … first and foremost I read that Mike South claims that Imitation, The Sincerest Form of Flattery, and that is perhaps true but to be imitated you really have to be the first at something.  Right?

In the body of his post he goes on about how people are imitating him by getting others to blog for him. Someone should perhaps tell him that the entire Wordpress software was built around the very premise of having contributing editors / guest bloggers and hundreds of sites have been doing that very thing for years. So maybe he thinks he was the first person to have a porn star blogger with the addition of Kayden Kross. Maybe he thinks that our addition of celebrity and guest bloggers here at Luke Ford is somehow copying him?  Nope, that can’t be it because other sites have beat him to that, even here at Luke Ford. I’m sure you all remember some of the Taylor Rain posts and well, she’s not only a porn star but one of the most famous and has been blogging for years before Kayden Kross did it.  And although I can’t say for sure, hasn’t Pop Porn had pornstar bloggers for awhile now too?

Now here is where it gets really interesting. In that same post he also calls out Bree Olson and Jesse Jane on being frauds.  Oh yes!  He went there.

Mike South says : Now we have publicists though who write what are really press releases and advertisements in the name of their contract girls, I have yet to read Bree Olsen’s column in Genesis Magazine but I will bet my last dollar she doesn’t write a word of it, Ditto columns written under Jesse Janes name, let’s be honest here if these pornchicks could write they wouldn’t be porn chicks.

Why is Mike South calling Jesse Jane a fraud?  How does he know she doesn’t write her own shit?  And even if she doesn’t, why call her out on it?  What’s he have against her to try and harm her reputation?  Same with Bree Olson? But here is the best line of them all from his little rant ….

A recent story published over at Mike South by the one and only Porn Star Kayden Kross, which was meant to be a rant about Shelley Lubben of the Pink Cross Foundation, turns out to unveil a little felony going on.




Kayden Kross Blogs : Ha ha funny story: Shelley and I were on the radio yesterday and she spent the whole time talking over me. I was quiet for her while she made her points and then she spoke over the top of me when it was my turn to speak. Picture a third grader with her finger in her ears saying “lalalalalala I can’t hear you lalalalala”. It was not far off from that. But I was able to get a few things in. Her reaction was incredible when I pointed out that her Pink Cross foundation was not, in fact, a non-profit. According to the Attorney General’s office, there is no Pink Cross Foundation on file as a charitable organization. The only records are a filing with the Secretary of State as a regular corporation. She started ranting “Yes it is Yes it is i care about these girls you don’t know what they go through…..!!!”. Picture a raving lunatic. It was not far off from that either. The distinction needs to be made: just because you aren’t making money off of it doesn’t mean it’s a non profit.

Interesting … it seems that The Pink Cross foundation isn’t a Not For Profit company after all, despite the fact that this is how the represent themselves and that my friends is FRAUD … and a felony in most states.

As a result of this the Pink Cross Foundation website now states they are pending their non profit status however we’ve all heard Shelley Lubben state for how long now that they are a non profit organization?  Can anyone say FRAUD?  Here is a screenshot taken directly from the Pink Cross Foundation Website on June 22, 2008.  Apparently you can back date donations and make them tax exempt even though they were donated prior to an organization legally gaining tax exempt status.  Very interesting.  I did not know that.

Now here is another screenshot taken the very same day.  Notice on this one they are claiming not for profit status and even more funny is that claim to make a difference in “millions of lives”.    MILLIONS OF LIVES?  WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS  BITCH SMOKING?  Seriously!
