Dylan Ryder Announces Retirement From The Adult Industry
She has a Skate Deck in the works, and will also continue to release never-before-seen material on her website
The Memorial Day holiday will be more memorable with the announcement today that Dylan Ryder is putting her career as an adult performer behind her. Following a very impressive showing in the 2012 Miss FreeOnes contest where it was announced last week that she came in second of 313, Dylan has decided it is time to move on and pursue dreams outside the industry.
Dylan was a substance abuse treatment counselor and then at 22 she opened a Penthouse magazine and opened her eyes to the adult industry. She started by sending her photos to an adult company, did her first shoot with Reality Kings and, and after taking a break during which she worked as a correctional officer in Arizona, she eventually returned to California and the industry, becoming a hugely successful star.

She was a contract performer for Bluebird Films, has been a spokesmodel for Adelita Bar in Mexico, has starred in a television commercial and multiple billboard and print advertisements and was Head Nurse for DildoDr.com a glass novelty company. She will continue her work as a Fleshlight Girl.

In her retirement she will be opening up a private events lounge. She will continue to update her website with never-before-seen hardcore scenes and glamour solos. She also has a skateboard deck coming out from Ironlak, the international spray paint and graffiti artist supply company. She will appear in an upcoming issue of Velvet magazine, Picture Premium and Australia’s People magazine.

Just got a juicy bit of Miss Free Ones 2012 gossip THAT IS NOT PROVEN TO BE TRUE SO IT’S TOTALLY JUST GOSSIP FOR NOW.  The person who wishes to remain anonymous said the winner of the Miss FreeOnes 2012 contest is former Bluebird Films contract girl, Dylan Ryder.  He won’t divulge how he knows but he says he is 100% for sure she was selected as the winner and he wants to go on record before the official announcement so that after she is announced he can say he told you so.

Dylan Ryder’s boobs (seen here thanks to our friends at  Amateur District) could not be reached for comment.
Trust me, I tried to speak to them.  They just wouldn’t talk back.   But it was fun trying!

Reps from FreeOnes says they will announce the winner on May 19th at the Exxxotica Miami Expo.

Miss FreeOnes started on April 9th with over 300 girls competing for part of the $30,000 in prize money. Through the 3 rounds of the contest, more than 500k votes were cast for over 300 contestants in 6 rounds. FreeOnes members also donated points that they are able to earn for using the site, which brought the Miss FreeOnes grand prize to $13,000 for the lucky winner of the contest!

FreeOnes and Exxxotica Miami have partnered up for the awards ceremony. The winners will be announced at 8:45pm, Saturday the 19th, at the main stage at the expo.

I don’t know if the guy is trying to imply the fix is in or just that he found out the winner in advance. Either way, will be curious to see if he is correct.  This same person has given me valid information in the past so I guess we’ll see in a week or so if he is correct again.  If so congrats Dylan.

Problems in paraside?

According to several recent stories posted at AdultFYI [source] there have been some serious problems at Bluebird Films including talks of former contract star Dylan Ryder suing them for lack of payment and the loss of the person who heads up their websites.  Other stories on the same site mention that Paul Chaplin has stopped funding Bluebird Films USA and well the long and short of it is, looks like if Bluebird Films owes you money you are SOL.

Gene Ross at Adult FYI provides no actual proof of these allegations.  He only goes on to quote unnamed sources. But he makes mention more than a few times of people being owed money so it seems if Paul Chaplin did cease funding the company that would explain things.

Another thing to note is that Dylan Ryder via a press release and twitter did confirm her departure from Bluebird but she did not indicate any troubles at that time.

Via twitter Kelli Roberts their former head of their websites did tweet a confirmation of her departure from Bluebird as well.

BabeShows.com, the companies official forums have seen a rash of posts recently complaining about lack of affiliate payments, shotty customer service and problems with their websites.  Here is one post from a board regular davos11 who writes

“You’d think this company doesn’t want paying customers…., Im sick an tired of waiting months (actually over a year since this film was due to be released) for a scene , then getting snotty or insulting answers and replys when you ask simple questions. Just curious …..but why do you have a problem answering questions when that’s the sole purpose of both the forum and the job your paid to do ?   Ill take my questions and custom elsewhere.”

All the PR hype aside, I have to tell you —- stop whatever you are doing and go check out this trailer. It’s amazing.  I can’t imagine the insane amount of money Bluebird Films put into making just the trailer alone, let alone the rest of the movie.  I read a press release from another studio bragging about how much money they spent making their big budget parody of the year … but after seeing this trailer, I would be embarrassed if I were them.

This Katwoman XXX trailer looks amazing.  Hands down the best trailer I’ve seen all year and trust me when I say I’ve seen my share of porno trailers.  I can’t wait to see this movie.

After last year’s massive success of the Bluebird films Bat FXXX it seems the Kat is back and the Jo-Kerr’s on her tail.

Bluebird Films has begun their 2011 U.S. shooting schedule, packing the next six weeks with production for three feature titles in addition to a variety of scenes for titles to be completed later this summer. Starting the week with Katwoman, the studio’s much-anticipated follow-up to 2010’s award-winning Batfxxx, a number of media outlets were on hand to witness Dylan Ryder star as the sexy feline who takes on the twisted Jo-Kerr and his pretty pet Jo-Kette. Studio owner Paul Chaplin reprises his role as The Jo-Kerr with gorgeous Glambird Gemma Massey joining the cast as the villain’s insane inamorata.

So will this be the big movie of the year?  Insiders who have visited the set of the production are saying without a doubt and that this is going to be THE movie of the year leaving the low budget crap other studios are producing in the dust.

By the way if you are wondering what the heck a “glambird” is, I too had to ask. Basically inn the UK that is what they call their models who may or may not be “cheeky” which apparently means naughty. I love that word. Cheeky LOL
