Bluebird TV is no more

Bluebird TV is closing down this Thursday, October 17, 2013.

While none of this is really a surprise to most people, considering their websites haven’t been updated in months, they stopped paying a lot of their bills, including some affiliates, and the movies they are releasing are mostly scenes they shot years and years ago.

Officially all that has been said is ….

“Afraid so. We don’t want it to end. It’s a big shame. Thanks for the support!”

“We have done everything we can to battle to keep @BBTV going. Sadly, it seems we’ve exhausted options”

 Update: October 17, 2013 – Bluebird TV officially makes an announcement …….
This is truly a sad day for all of us here at Bluebird TV, our girls and we are sure… All of you guys, the fans. It has most definitely been a great 3 years of broadcasting, as we first hit your television screens back in 2010 & strived to provide the industry with the best babe channel that we could do. As you know, we have battled to keep ourselves on the air over the years. Although this time, we have truly tried everything we can do and it looks like we can’t battle anymore.

Most of all, we would like to say a big thankyou to all of our callers & fans. We couldn’t have done any of this without you, your support and loyalty to our channel and for our girls has always been outstanding. Although Facebook & Twitter took over towards the end, we once had a tightly knit and close community here on this forum… One which favoured Bluebird TV over its competitors, and one which enjoyed banter, discussions and a shared affection for the Bluebird TV babes. So, we felt it best to place this message here. For all those who visit the forum in the future, and all those who have visited in the past. For all our viewers, for all our callers… Regular or not. Thankyou all.

Well, we do not feel there is much else left to say… Other than a goodbye and farewell to all of you. And one last thankyou.

It’s been a great 3 years, don’t forget about Bluebird TV. If we ever do get the chance to return, we will do. But for now, farewell.

 

The most fucked up Bluebird Films story of the month

Sometimes you just have to ask yourself, what the hell kinda crack are some people smoking?

Mike South recently posted [source] about another awards show. This one is rather interesting. See it’s put on by a company owned by Bluebird Films and they award themselves, two of the 13 categories. There is the award for the best Bluebird Film of the year. No seriously, Bluebird Films is putting on an award show where they award themselves the best Bluebird Films of the year.

I know right now you are probably laughing, thinking this is some kind of joke. I mean who would do something so outrageously stupid, right?

And beyond that, surely a company who owes all those people thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars surely isn’t pissing away money on producing an awards show, and giving themselves awards in the process, right?

I mean how the hell do they find the time for such things? Between hijacking affiliate traffic (through blatant site leaks), not paying people, not just affiliates either, we mean former employees, legal people, graphics designers, etc.

Then there are the idle threats to people Nicholas Steele doesn’t like (or pay) sending them text messages calling them a fat whore, or saying “Better be careful I can’t control what Paul Chaplin will do to you”, or having his friends send warning messages saying “be careful Nick owns a lot of guns”, or the best threat of all is that the person better be careful because the third owner in the company, the silent partner is secretly involved in some sort of “FAMILY” related business, hint hint. Oh yes, the veiled mafia threat is without a doubt my favorite, considering the gun one holds no real water to me considering I live in Texas and let’s be real … who don’t I know that doesn’t own a gun? I think my neighbors 10 year old got one for his birthday last month. Well the mafia thing is a good one but I forgot about the, best be careful we are monitoring your tweets. LOL Seriously almost pee’d my panties laughing at that one.

Yes somehow between all of this they still find time to put on an awards show?  I guess when you don’t pay the people you owe money to, you can afford such extravagances.

Perhaps if Nicholas Steele would spend less time worrying about what I’m doing and more time doing his own job, then maybe Bluebird Films would make enough money to actually pay their bills. Just a thought.

 

Gemma Massey Retired … Sort Of

Gemma Massey was probably one of the highest paid contract girls in the entire adult industry (or so the rumor goes).  Beyond her base pay, her contract reportedly allowed for things like plastic surgery, a house, a car, and a monthly allowance for very expensive hair extensions.  This of course did not include bonuses like trips around the world and regular gifts of things like designer purses and Christian Louboutin shoes that can easily cost a few thousand bucks.

But all of that seems to be gone by the wayside as Gemma Massey recently tweeted the news that she is no longer under contract with Bluebird Films and will no longer be doing porn scenes either.  She changed her twitter profile to read ex-porn star.  This all seems to have just taken place since as soon as May 21st (just last week) she was at the Bluebird Films studio doing work.

But apparently it is not the last time we’ll be seeing or hearing from Gemma Massey.  While she may no longer be doing sex scenes she is going to be taking some shifts over at Elite TV.   Elite TV is a company out of the UK that former porn star Nikki Jayne has been working for.   This company shows you a girl on your TV screen (or computer screen in the case of those not in the UK) and you can call in and have a naughty chat with the girl on your screen.  Unlike traditional phone sex, this method allows you to actually see the girls you are chatting with, with your own eyes so there is no wondering if the hot girl on the other end is really freak of nature.  Gemma Massey will be starting her work with Elite TV as soon as this week.

Did Bluebird Films owner Paul Chaplin get outed as tax dodging expert to the rich and famous?

The owner of the UK football team the Rangers recently outed his financial adviser as the owner of Bluebird Films, Paul Chaplin.  This is a big deal because right now this guy Craig Whyte is under a lot of pressure in the media over what they are calling “tax dodging”.

Craig Whyte is apparently one rich mother fucker.  He not only owns a UK football team but also he owns his own fucking castle.

Recently Whyte said he was confident that the Rangers football club would win the tax tribunal case against them (a potential £49 million tax liability which is more than $77 million is US dollars) and there would be no liability for Rangers to pay. [source]

So how did this guy get out of his big tax bill?  According to this recent article in the Sun, it might have been in part thanks to the advice of Bluebird Films owner Paul Chaplin.  The Sun story reveals that Paul Chaplin himself faced previous charges of pension fund fraud and in April 2005 he was suspended from practice for three years for conduct unbefitting a solicitor.  Solicitor is what they call lawyers in the England.

On a good note the Sun mentions specifically Katwoman XXX.  This no doubt brought in a large boost in sales for the movie.  Bluebird Films can’t be unhappy about that.

 

Craig Whyte advisor is a porn star

RANGERS chief Craig Whyte’s finance guru last night told of his double life rubbing shoulders with loaded clients one day — and bonking busty babes in porn films the next.

High-flying tax advisor Paul Baxendale-Walker counts the tycoon among a string of blue-chip customers.

Red-faced Whyte insisted he was in the dark about Baxendale-Walker’s mucky moonlighting — but the suave moneyman was happy to brag about his raunchy screen antics.

Oxford-educated Baxendale-Walker, 47, told The Scottish Sun: “Craig Whyte is a current client of mine. I’m advising him on business matters that are nothing to do with Rangers.

“I do what I do. I’m a professional. I’m a tax advisor, I save people lots of money.

“But I also do porn films. I do all sorts of roles — director, actor and producer.”Of course I appear in the movies. Who wouldn’t want to? What is the point in owning a BMW if you don’t drive the car?

“We go worldwide making and producing movies.

“I don’t have a wife or kids, I don’t do drugs. I just have fun. If anyone thinks that is a problem, well that’s up to them.”

The London City slicker’s law firm, which also has offices in Glasgow, offers a range of legal and financial advice to “some of the world’s wealthiest families”.

He also runs porn film-makers Bluebird Productions — and stars in his own raunchy movies.

In his latest naughty flick — a Batman spoof called Katwoman — he plays one of the lead characters The Jo-Kerr.

The two-hour movie shows him romping with a string of stunning models.

Most of his sexploits are too graphic for a family newspaper.

But in one scene the self-styled stud has a FOURSOME with a latex-clad Katwoman, another woman and a second man dressed as Batman character Two-Face.

At one point THREE scantily-clad blondes perform a sex act on a clearly delighted Baxendale-Walker.He also romps with a blonde Wonder Woman and a girl in a leopard-print outfit.

The DVD blurb says “This is an action-packed, sex-filled adventure. It’s not just chases, fights, explosions and action, It’s also some of the hottest sex and group sex from the nastiest villains and heroes around!!”

Some of Baxendale-Walker’s hundreds of other titles include: Ello, Ello Lust in France, Footballers Wives: First Half and Sugar Daddy.

He’s even won Best Foreign Director at the porn industry’s equivalent of the Oscars for the last three years.

Baxendale-Walker said he advised Whyte on a number of issues but declined to go into specific detail.

And he backed the Ibrox supremo over the flak he has fielded since he plunged Rangers into administration.Baxendale-Walker said: “I have a lot of respect for him as a businessman and individual. I can’t go into how long I’ve known Mr Whyte but I’ve witnessed the muckraking about him.

“Here is the guy who has come along to the crash site and is doing his best to tidy up.

“I think it is unfair that Craig Whyte is receiving all the muck given it wasn’t him that created this situation.”

Baxendale-Walker also claimed that former Gers chief Sir David Murray should be held to account. He said: “Here’s Sir David Murray saying this is all disappointing what is happening at Rangers.

“But it was under his chairmanship that Rangers allegedly used a tax scheme improperly.”

Baxendale-Walker has been credited with being the mastermind behind a variety of tax avoidance schemes — including the Employee Benefits Trust which triggered the probe into Rangers’ finances. In 2000 he was charged by the Serious Fraud Office after an inquiry into the pension fund of Glasgow engineering group Balfron.

But the trial was called off in June 2002 after a judge cited an abuse of the legal process.

In April 2005 he was suspended from practice for three years for conduct unbefitting a solicitor.

Last night a spokesman for Mr Whyte revealed the tycoon was introduced to Baxendale-Walker by mutual friends, adding: “He has no knowledge of his ‘sideline’.”
