Houston is catching on to something that Hollywood hasn’t yet: Taking nude pictures on your cell phone is bad news.

The city is implementing a new rule stating that “the distribution of nude or semi-nude photographs or videos by text message” is forbidden. They are calling the craze “sexting” and the school system is putting their foot down, for the safety of their students, emotionally and legally.

Hans Graff, assistant general counsel at the Houston Independent School district, realizes that while on one end of the spectrum, the release of nude photographs can be emotionally damaging, it can also lead to criminal punishment: “A student may be sending pictures to their boyfriend and they break up and he sends it to everybody…Any pictures of an underage child could potentially be child pornography and we are not really interested in seeing students punished criminally.”

This new rule was put into effect not only because it seemed to be an “issue” within their district, but also an issue affecting the entire nation. A recent study by the National Campaign to Prevent Tee and Unplanned Pregnancy showed that “22 percent of US teenage girls and 18 percent of teenage boys have sent messages or posted images or video online showing them nude or semi-nude. ” Wow. That’s a lot!

Well, as Dane Cook once said to Vanexxa Hudgens: “Girls, you gots to keep your clothes on! Phones are for phone calls!” Heed this advice youth of America!

Janine just arrested in Texas

Radar Online is reporting that Janine Lindemulder, former porn star, has been arrested in Texas for “harassing” Jesse James.  Although anyone with half a brain knows that Jesse James has been fucking with Janine for over a year now when she tries to see her daughter, even ignoring past court orders to do so.  Jesse James thinks he is a God and can do whatever the fuck he wants and when Janine tries to see her daughter, he has her fucking arrested.  What a douche-bag.  MAN THE FUCK UP JESSE JAMES AND LET YOUR KID’S FUCKING MOM SEE HER FUCKING KID YOU STUPID PIECE OF SHIT.

Jesse James’ ex-wife Janine Lindemulder has been busted in Texas and RadarOnline.com has her smirky mug shot. The former porn star who had a child with the tattooed motorcycle king before he wed Sandra Bullock, has been arrested for allegedly harassing Jesse.

The Hays County Sheriff’s Department made the arrest just outside of Austin Saturday morning.

“I can confirm that Janine Lindemulder has been arrested,” Deputy Laurie Bain told RadarOnline.com exclusively.  “We are still in the process of booking her.”

Jesse and Janine are locked in a bitter custody battle over their daughter Sunny, 7.  They have shared custody but the girl lives with her father at his new home in Austin, while Janine only has visitation.

Jesse had complained to the Austin Police Department that Janine was bombarding him with around-the clock harassing phone messages, and her arrest fell under the jurisdiction of the Sheriff’s Department.

Jesse moved to Austin so Sunny could continue her close relationship with her former stepmom, Sandra Bullock.  He is is now engaged to Kat Von D.

In a statement to RadarOnline.com, the Hays County Sheriff’s Department said, “Janine Marie James, age 41, was arrested by Hays County Sheriff’s Deputies at 0900 hours on three outstanding Class B Harassment warrants.  Janine Marie James was taken to the Hays County Jail where she was booked.  No bonds have been set at this time.”

Texan’s Take POT HEAD to the Extreme

The Houston Chronicle today is reporting that three men (two adults, one juvenile) decided to take the concept of Pot Head to the extreme by using an actual skull as a bong to get high. No seriously … the used the fucking skull of a dead man to smoke marijuana?! What the fuck is wrong with these people? These sick little fuckers would dig up bodies, decapitate the body and then use the head to smoke the pot.

Two men and a juvenile are accused of digging up a corpse, decapitating the body and using the head to smoke marijuana, according to court documents.

Matthew Gonzalez and Kevin Jones have been charged with the misdemeanor offense of abuse of a corpse, said Scott Durfee, a spokesman for the Harris County District Attorneys Office. According to documents filed in the case, Gonzalez, Jones and an unnamed juvenile on March 15 went to an Humble cemetery, dug up a man’s grave, left with the head and turned it into a “bong.”


Gonzalez told authorities about the incident Wednesday, and showed officers the defaced grave, including a 4-foot hole. Because of a heavy rain, officers were unable to determine whether the casket or the body had been disturbed.
