   Former “Joanie Loves Chachi” star Scott Baio was once informed that the first episode of that series (a “Happy Days” spinoff) was the highest rated American television program in the history of Korean television.

   Unfortunately, this had little to do with Baio’s acting abilities. The reason? “Chachi” is a Korean word for penis.
