How to increase your sperm count

I’m starting a new series (category) called fun sex facts.  To kick things off I am going to post some ways that you can increase your sperm count.

Stop having sex so much and for fuck sakes, stop playing with your dick so much man.  Yes that means you must masturbate less often.  The more times you ejaculate, the less dense your semen will be.  You should maintain a gap of 3 days between ejaculations.

Quit smoking and drinking man.  Alcohol affects your liver function, which in turn will cause a dramatic rise in estrogen levels and that will suppress your man juices.  Even two drinks a day will have long-term effects on sperm production.

Get your ass off the couch.  Yes and by that I mean exercise regularly.  We all know we need to do it but this is just one more reason to get off your ass and start working out.  Not only will it increase your sperm count but it can also help you have better sex.  You should also lose any excess weight, which tends to cause testosterone and estrogen imbalances which has a big effect on your sperm quality and count.

This one should be pretty obvious but ya, eat right.  A diet that is low in fat, and high in protein, vegetables, and whole grains are good for your health and for your sperm.  And also avoid bitter, astringent and spicy foods and reduce your caffeine intake.

Don’t let your rod turn into a hot rod.  To avoid over heating your testicles you should wear loose, cotton boxer shorts and avoid things like long hot baths and saunas.

Reduce your stress levels by learning relaxation techniques.  To keep your mind and body healthy by regular practice things like Yoga and mediation.

Some experts say to make love in the early morning as sperm levels are often highest in the mornings.
