Fayner Posts: Sunday morning and some of us were playing cards. Poker first, then when we lost our money we decided to play just for fun.

It was me, Travis, Jenna, Ko and Phil around six. Real early.

Jenna suggested we play Bullshit.

Jenna thought she knew how to play. She gave Ko, Travis and Phil the rules.

"No, no, no" I chirped in. "It needs to go in order, from ace to king and then back again. First person does ace, then the next two and so on."

"You’re an idiot," Jenna barked at me. "We don’t go in order."

Pretty much if you don’t have the nine when it’s your turn to pick nine, you must lie. Other player’s can say "bullshit" and if you’re lying you must pick up all the cards that have been put down. First person to get rid of their cards wins.

Jenna believed each person could choose what number they want to throw down when it is their turn.

"How does that work?" I asked. "We’ll all go out on the same turn! It has to go in order!"

"You’re fucking stupid!" Jenna screamed. "Let’s play it this way and you’ll see."

The funniest part of the whole round we played without going in order is that every one of them put down a card they didn’t have and got caught.

"Why would you pretend to have a three when all you have to do is drop the cards in your hand in any order you choose?" I tried explaining.

Jenna soon came to her senses and admitted I am the smarter one for knowing the right way to play.

"It’s been a long time since I played this game. I was in like tenth grade the last time, so it’s been a while."

"What! That was like 2001. I was in tenth grade in the 1980s and I remember how to play and that was proably the last time I played the game too. You should probably smoke some more weed…"
