On January 28, 2010 it was revealed through a series of angry posts on GFY that GTbill stopped processing payments for clients.
On February 11, 2010 XBIZ announced they have awarded GTbillwith the award of the Billing Company of the year – IPSP.
Really? Could that have something to do with the fact that they sponsored the event? Because we know it wasn’t for any service they provided to their clients, namely the ones they left out in the could without any sort of billing services.
Here are a few of the GTBill client comments

GTbill did not just get the merchant processing pulled for adult sites only. This goes much deeper. They are also in trouble with mainstream processing. I do not believe this is just about adult site content being reviewed. I know too many main stream merchants that were affected as well. Try this, call support and ask what is up, then call finance and ask what is up, and then call tech, then sales. You will get 4 different answers!”

Performer Comeback of the Year
Dyanna Lauren
Are you kidding me? What the fuck has Dyanna Lauren done this year to call it a comeback of the year? Obviously the more suitable answer would be Raylene or even Janine. But Dyanna Lauren? SERIOUSLY? What the hell even got her nominated, let alone win?
And then there is the Porn Studio of the Year which they gave to Wicked Pictures. Really? Why is that? What is it they have done over Digital Playground or Adam and Eve? Did they sell more movies? No. Do they have more famous contract stars? No. Did they have a movie that was more popular than either of the two studios? Not even close. Have they been in the news more than either of the two other companies? No. Did they have anything over any of these other two companies? No.
So Wicked Pictures has less popular movies, less popular movies and contract stars and somehow they are the studio of the year. Really?
And then there is the
SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS Industry Pioneer- Web which they gave to Greg Clayman & Chuck Tsiamis, VideoSecrets. Seriously? Wasn’t there THREE founders of VideoSecrets? What happened to that guy? I mean I could go on and on about all the studios about how VideoSecrets fucked so many people but you guys are smart enough to use search.
WHY ARE WE GIVING REWARDS TO SCAM ARTISTS THAT FOR YEARS HAVE BEEN SCREWING PEOPLE IN OUR INDUSTRY? We bitch about Tube sites but do nothing about fuckers like this?
I know it’s not politically correct to say these things but well someone needs to. If you are going to have an awards show for fuck sakes let’s not be so obvious the winning positions can be bought with a corporate sponsorship package.
