Five children are in protective custody after their mother was charged with offering one of them, a seven-year-old girl, for sex. The 33-year-old woman from the Detroit suburb of Taylor allegedly wanted money from an undercover officer who was posing online. Authorities say she agreed to let the officer take pornographic pictures of the girl and have sex with her. Wayne County sheriff’s investigators arrested the woman Friday when she brought the girl to a hotel near Detroit Metropolitan Airport. The woman is jailed on a $1 million bond after being arraigned Sunday on child sexual abuse and child pornography charges. |
