Woman charged with having relationship with boy

KATY, Texas- A 37-year-old woman is accused of initiating a sexual relationship with her 11-year-old neighbor and may have had a child with the boy.
Dina Marie Blakley, who also uses the name Joan Davis, was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. She was arrested late Wednesday.
The boy, now 15, told his older sister the alleged abuse went on until he was 13. The sister told their mother, who reported the allegations to authorities, Harris County Sheriff’s officials said.
Blakley and the teen’s mother had been friends and baby-sat each other’s children, Harris County Sheriff’s deputies said.
"That’s when she would take advantage of the situation and have relations with him," Sheriff’s Sgt. Dana Wolfe said referring to Blakley.
Blakley has three children, the youngest is an 18-month-old boy. Questions about the boy’s paternity prompted the teenage neighbor to tell his sister about the sexual relationship, authorities said.
Blakly told him in July that she became pregnant with her youngest son during the time they had a relationship, according to the criminal complaint. She was separated from her husband at the time, authorities said.
"He felt pressured by the overwhelming responsibility of being a father," Wolfe said.
A DNA test has been ordered to determine the paternity of Blakley’s youngest child, authorities said.
