‘DONKEY KONG’ MAN PLEADS GUILTY

A man accused of competing to have sex with the most young girls pleaded guilty to those charges Monday.

Charles Boston, 29, of Powhatan Point, could be sentenced to eight years in jail for three counts of unlawful sexual conduct against a minor.

The game, which involved girls between the ages of 13 and 15, was given the code name "Donkey Kong" after a popular arcade video game from the 1980s.

In at least one of the incidents, Boston told a 14-year-old girl that he was only 19-years-old.

Boston’s alleged counterpart, 27-year-old John Webster Huggins, also of Bellaire, is charged with two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and rape.

Officials said Boston is now cooperating in the case against Huggins.

"Mr. Boston is cooperating, and giving us additional information to help in another case against another individual," said Belmont County Prosecutor Chris Berhalter.

Huggins is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.

Berhalter said all of the victims in the case were relieved that Boston pleaded guilty and they did not have to testify.

He also said his office consulted with law enforcement and the victims regarding how much time Boston would serve in prison. Berhalter said all were satisfied with the recommendation.
