It was recently discovered that Dakota died from a fentanyl overdose from drugs she took. Before her death, she was being bullied pretty hard, which could have lead to a relapse. Dakota definitely had her demons, but she was always trying to turn her life around. Sadly, she’s gone. Our hope is that the industry will take depression and bullying more seriously, and her death won’t be in vain.
