It was announced that Derrick also received 4 nominations in the annual XBIZ Awards. A pairing with vixens Kendra Lust and Veronica Rodriguez in Kendra Lust Fucks Couples scored Derrick a Best Sex Scene – Vignette Release nod. In the Best Sex Scene – Couples-Themed Release category, Derrick struck twice - with Lea Lexis in Wicked Pictures’ Red Light and with jessica drake in Wicked Pictures’ Casual Encounters. For his work in Wicked Pictures’ Casual Encounters, Derrick attained a Best Actor – Couples-Themed Release nomination.
