Someone once told me, I don’t care how fucking hot the chick is, affiliates hate promoting solo girl sites mostly because the girls are change programs. You hear about this kind of thing all the time and for affiliates who make money to feed their family based off promotion of said porn star, it can be a problem when a porn star changes sites.
But today we are going to clear up an issue and some confusion that is going on with Eva Angelina.
Eva Angelina’s official site was at first EvaAngelinaOnline.com. Then one day without much notice we find the site is EvaAnelinaXXX.com. That first site didn’t have an affiliate program so it wasn’t really that big of a deal for webmasters to have to up and change all those links, but I’m sure more than a few fans were left behind.
The new site Eva Angelina switched to (EvaAngelinaXXX.com) was hosted and maintained for the star by Premium Pass. This new site had a much better design, far more professional. This new site has an affiliate program and you could tell a lot of work went into putting it together, not only for the fans who would be enjoying the new site but for all the webmasters / affiliates who would be promoting it.
Then a few weeks ago Eva Angelina changed her Twitter page just a tiny bit. First she changed her website URL to OurXXXclubhouse.com a site she did with Rhyse and Rhylee Richards. I noticed that at the time but didn’t give it much though. I thought it was strange she would stop promoting her own official website and instead start promoting that site.
Then a few days after making this change Eva Angelina began tweeting about some blog posts she made on EvaAngelinaOnline.com. She would post messages like “I’m on next live webcam dont miss out go to evaangelinaonline.com/news.html and click the link to see me”. She also has voting messages up for her and Teagan Presley on this Eva Angelina Online website.
At first glance you would think Eva herself is running this site. It’s not a knock on her or anything, just that it isn’t exactly a real pro job. The pages look more home made and when she tweets about new blog posts it takes you to a ERROR 401 page, about needing a password. That page on a professional website would be custom made, inviting you to join if you don’t already have a password. Another thing I notice is the graphic design on the front page itself is horrible with broken images and spaces between the graphics where there should be none. You’ll notice in this one picture of Eva Angelina is had 3 bad spots.
That’s just really amateur design, which would be more than okay if it was something like Eva Angelina handling the site herself but then I noticed something, this site was part of a “network” meaningsomeone is professionally handling these collection of websites, Eva Angelina’s included. This site doesn’t have an affiliate program and all the memberships are charged through CCBill alone. No cascade billing, no customization. For fuck sakes, they even call her join now page “<title>joinpage</title>”
I am not quite sure with Eva Angelina would go from a professional website company like Premium Pass and EvaAngleinaXXX.com to this other, older site she used to be associated with. It’s like taking 10 steps backwards so one can only conclude something bad must have happened over at Premium Pass, because why else would you go from having a really nice, professionally run site to one it looks like your 14 year old nephew runs?
So I did a little digging into it and it turns out Eva Angelina is still associated with both websites, actually all three if you could the Rhyse and Rhylee Richards one. She is not exclusive to any of them, but would consider it if a certain revenue point is reached. In other words, give her enough money and she will be exclusive to one site over another. That’s fair enough.
I still however find it strange that she puts so much effort into promoting the less professional site but in the end it is her name and her image so she can really do what she wants. In the end Eva Angelina is one of the hottest stars in our business so go figure she would need not one, or even two but three official sites. That’s just how she rolls.
