Investigators say that Kenneth Johnson masturbated into a woman’s shoe at the UC Library a couple of days ago.

The victim said that she took her shoes off to relax but when she put them back on she found the substance inside.

Captain Keren Patterson of the UC police said, "we did take evidence and sent it over to the coroner’s office to be analyzed so we can determine a suspect that way as well."

Investigators say Johnson is wanted on outstanding warrants for theft and criminal trespassing.
