The condition of Tom Sizemore, the Saving Private Ryan star, whose health declined earlier this month following a brain aneurysm, shows no signs of improvement as he remains in a coma.

"Today, doctors informed (Sizemore’s) family that there is no further hope and have recommended (an) end-of-life decision," Lago (Tom Sizemore's manager) said in the statement, adding that Sizemore remains in critical condition. "The family is now deciding end-of-life matters, and a further statement will be issued soon." "We are asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time, and they wish to thank everyone for the hundreds of messages of support and prayers that have been received. This has been a difficult time for them."

Sizemore, 61, collapsed at his Los Angeles home on Feb. 19 following a brain aneurysm brought on by a stroke, and he was subsequently admitted to a hospital. Tom Sizemore was an award-winning Hollywood actor that starred in movies like Saving Private Ryan, Born on the Fourth of July, and more.
