William Kasen has filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against Kink.com's parent company Cybernet Entertainment, LLC, for what he describes as
a pattern of disturbing behavior, including racism, transphobia, homophobia, and abuse.
This all seems to go back to when Kink hired the Mr. Kasen for the creation of an OnlyFans-like site Peek.co, in exchange for a payment of $400,000, split into four payments of $100,000.00 every six months.
The plaintiff claims he was not paid.
In addition to lack of payment, the decent claims his rights were violated in multiple ways, including his right to health and safety in the workplace and to work in a place free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
The plaintiff is seeking to recover wages owned, attorney's fees, and other associated costs with the lawsuit as well as "restitution of loss of earnings, and emotional distress."
He also seeks exemplary and punitive damages in an amount that is appropriate to punish each Defendant and deter others from engaging in such conduct.
The lawsuit was filed on November 21, 2022, and is currently making its way through the courts.
