Anikka Albrite Continues Her Stellar Run in 2017
Superstar Appeared in Several of the Year’s Biggest Titles
VENICE, CA – It’s the rare adult superstar that can maintain a level of performance over several years the way Anikka Albrite has.
She roared into the industry six years ago, won Best New Starlet at the 2013 NightMoves Awards and hasn’t looked back since. She has since been named Female Performer of the Year by AVN, XRCO, XBIZ and NightMoves. And though she shot fewer scenes in 2017 than she had in previous years, the quality remained and she was rewarded mightily with 14 nominations for the 2018 AVN Awards and 4 for the 2018 XBIZ Awards. Both shows are in January.
BAM Visions, the production studio founded and operated by Anikka, husband Mick Blue and camera whiz Maestro Claudio continued its magnificent run, too, releasing 19 movies this year and earning a pile of award nominations. The company also debuted its official website, BAMVisions.com.
She appeared in several of the year’s biggest movies: Jessica Drake Is Wicked (Wicked Pictures), Dana DeArmond Gang Fucks Sorority Girls (Filly Films), Hardcore Threesomes (Hard X), Tori Black Is Back (LesbianX.com), Lesbian Anal Asses (LesbianX), Adventures With the Baumgartners (Adam & Eve) and Mothers & Daughters (Sweetheart Video).
More than the star, she was the complete focus of releases like The Sexual Desires of Anikka Albrite (New Sensations) and Mistress Anikka (Femdom Empire).
Anikka toured the country with her feature dancing show and later in the year began camming regularly for CamSoda. She took home awards at XRCO, sent sci-guy Bill Nye a coveted Anikka Fleshlight, spoke out against a Netflix documentary about the adult industry and was part of the AEE Ask a Porn Star Live panel.
The media is still in pursuit of Anikka and she appeared in the New York Post, was the subject of an XCritic Portrait, was a go-to for virtually all adult publications both trade and fan-focused and was the subject of several Fleshbot features and reviews. All signs say fans can look forward to another year of exceptional Anikka content and performances.
