JustFor.fans (JFF) founder and CEO Dominic Ford has earned a nomination for the “Progressive Leadership Award” at the 2027 XBIZ Exec Awards, recognizing his commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and meaningful support for the adult creator community.
Since founding JFF in 2018, Ford has championed a model-first approach that gives performers greater control over their careers. Recent initiatives include the JFF 3.0 platform redesign, new mobile creator tools, and local payment options that make the site more accessible to fans across Latin America. Beyond technology, JFF continues to invest in community-building through its creator conferences, scholarship opportunities and sponsorship programs.
“I’ve always believed that the best way to support our community is to listen to what people need and then do something about it,” said Ford. “Whether that means building better tools, removing barriers, or helping someone access an opportunity, I want JFF to make a real difference in people’s lives. It means a lot to have that work recognized by my peers.”
Peer voting is now open at XBIZ.net through November 6, with winners announced during the XBIZ Honors ceremony on January 8, 2027, as part of the XBIZ 2027 event series.
