So I admit, I overslept and missed the big Janine interview on the Howard Stern show this morning just as Janine was on her way to jail today. But luckily there was a show summary posted on the web. Janine said that Jesse and Sandra are going to have custody of her daughter while she’s in jail. She said that she hopes to get custody back when she gets out. Howard said he thinks that Sandra should sit down with Janine and talk to her about the kid. Janine said that would have been nice.




Janine said that Jesse and Sandra weren’t even in her daughter’s life for the first 3 years of her life. Janine said that she was going to try and start her life in another state. She moved to Oregon and then it acme around where they did want contact and she thought that was great. Janine said that she was making baby books and trying to keep Jesse in the loop. She said it was tough getting through to him but then one day it kind of snapped. She said that Jesse tried to get 100 percent custody after not having any contact with her for 3 years. She said that they eventually agreed to 50/50 custody… until now that is.




Howard asked Janine if they tried to use the jail thing against her. She said that was brought up. She also said that they might try to get full custody while she’s in jail too. She said that she’s pretty sure that now that she has this new web site, FreeJanine.com, they might try to get full custody. Janine said that she had to figure out a way to support her son during her time in jail and this is the way she’s doing it.
