					<description><![CDATA[this is very interesting to read as someone who is not that familiar with the industry.  Seeing Janie/Heather for three days at AEE, one would not believe that she would want out of a major studio like Digital.  I work with a lot of mainstream actors (not in Hollywood but on the east coast) and I observe a level of flakiness as a generality.  I guess that just is the nature of the performer, no matter what industry affiliation.]]></description>
