Rick’s Cabaret Austin Texas opened this month with a week long celebration and featured over 100 beautiful Rick’s Cabaret Girls. Special guest host was “Ronnie the Limo Driver” from the Howard Stern Sirius/XM Radio Show.

I find it absolutely hilarious that Mindy has claimed complete innocence in the whole affair, but Vivid is claiming to have a signed release form from her!

LOS ANGELES – (April 28, 2010) – Vivid Entertainment today made public a model release signed by country music star Mindy McCready that confirms she transferred rights to a sex tape she made with her ex-boyfriend to a third party.  Vivid said it intends to move forward with plans to release the steamy video it calls “Mindy McCready, Baseball Mistress” on Tuesday, May 4th to stores across the country and throughwww.shopvivid.com.

The notarized model release specifically references “McCready … eating dinner, relaxing and having sex.  Mindy McCready is a country music star. (She was) over 18 when recorded.  Footage is 2 hours, 40 minutes long.”

Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid, said his studio, which obtained the tape from a third party last year, has turned the documentation over to McCready’s attorney, Adam Dread, and is making it public to show “we have nothing to hide and we have all the appropriate documentation.” The signed papers are available to view on www.vivid.com.

McCready displays her sexual talents in the movie and describes the bedroom performances of Red Sox and Yankees pitcher Roger Clemens and other celebrities she’s been involved with over the years.

“We acquired the video last year for our Vivid-Celeb line, believing that McCready’s fame was on the rise because she was releasing a new album and would be on the Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew show,” Hirsch said. “It was a very appealing package to us because not only is the footage exciting with very hot sex, all of the paperwork was in order and we knew we were getting a completely legal product.”

McCready’s attorney had previously sent a “cease and desist” letter to Vivid asserting that the company had no rights to the tape.

“We do, in fact, have the rights to this material and we fully intend to market it,” said Hirsch.

“Our door will always be open to Mindy and she should feel free to contact me anytime.”

Dread (Mindy’s Lawyer) had sought to get an injunction, but has now changed course. He does say that McCready was not in the appropriate mental state when she signed off on the rights to the tape.

“I talked to Mindy and we decided why spend all the money, energy and time on fighting this when it will be leaked anyway,” Dread told The News Thursday night. “I can tell you this, she certainly didn’t have the mental capacity to enter into an agreement if she signed off on this. But we’re moving on. She’ll devote her time to her new album that is out and to her family.”

McCready was one of the nine cast members in the latest season of VH1 “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.” She plans to promote her new album “Mindy McCready I’m Still Here” across the country this month. It’s her first in eight years and she is best known for her hits “Ten Thousand Angels” and “Guys Do It All The Time.”

Men using condoms during anal sex — women aren’t: Health Department

Just 23% of women make their partners use condoms during anal sex compared with 61% of men, a new Health Department study says.

The practice was most common among women ages 18 to 24, and Asian women.

Health Commissioner Thomas Farley said the HIV risks of unprotected gay anal sex are widely known, but the study found “a large number of women are also putting themselves at high risk.”

Farley urged all New Yorkers to “use a condom every time.”

In news that shocked almost nobody, Tito Ortiz is claiming the real problem with their relationship is not that he beats her, but that Jenna Jameson is a drug addict.

Tito Ortiz Accuses Jenna Jameson of Drug Use

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Jenna Jameson’s boyfriend Monday night accused the former porn star of drug use, specifically alleging that she is addicted to Oxycontin.

Ortiz was arrested Monday morning on domestic violence charges at the Huntington Harbor, Calif., home he shares with Jameson and their twin sons.

He was released on $25.000 bail this afternoon.

A weeping UFC heavyweight champion said he never struck Jameson at a North Hollywood, Calif., press conference, and that a confrontation over the alleged drug abuse led to police being called.

“Jenna will be OK.” Tito also said, “My parents have gone through addiction, and I’m not going to let my family go through that.”

Ortiz said Jameson has been battling addiction to the painkiller for more than a year now, and that he and family members have been protecting her.

“Jenna and Tito have two children together, they planned on spending the rest of their lives together,” Ortiz’s attorney, Chip Matthews, said. “They want nothing more than to work together on this.

“For Tito and her family this has been an uphill battle. Unfortunately this morning she had a relapse,” he said.

Ortiz and Jameson began dating after meeting on MySpace.com in 2006, shortly after she divorced Jay Grdina.

In January 2008, Jameson announced she was retiring from porn performing. She gave birth last year to Ortiz’s twin sons, Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette.

Tito Ortiz Goes To Jail For Beating Up Jenna Jameson

TMZ, The Houston Chronicle … heck, pretty much all major news outlets are reporting today that Tito Ortiz was arrested after beating up Jenna Jameson.  Jenna says it was no minor incident and that she will be pressing charges.   Jenna has filed a restraining order against him and at the very least, as a result, the two will be apart for one month.

Ortiz arrested after fight with ex-porn star girlfriend

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — Mixed martial arts star Tito Ortiz was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence Monday at the home he shares with his longtime partner, former adult film actress Jenna Jameson.

Police Lt. Mike Reynolds said Ortiz, the former UFC light heavyweight champion, was taken to the Huntington Beach jail and was released after posting $25,000 bail.

Reynolds said police can’t make an arrest on suspicion of domestic violence unless there’s a “visible injury,” and the unnamed victim’s injuries met that standard. Reynolds wouldn’t elaborate, saying only that Ortiz and the victim have been “extremely cooperative.”

Jameson and her father spoke to TMZ.com and other reporters outside the home Monday. Wearing a wrap on her right elbow, Jameson described herself as “completely shocked” by the incident, saying Ortiz had “lashed out” at her, leaving her feeling “betrayed.”

The 35-year-old Ortiz is among the most decorated and popular fighters in MMA history. He was the UFC’s light heavyweight champion from 2000 to 2003 during the formative years of the sport’s dominant promotion, making five title defenses before losing his belt to Randy Couture.

Ortiz, whose nickname is the Huntington Beach Bad Boy, is a former collegiate wrestler has been competing in MMA since 1997. He has been in a relationship with Jameson since 2006, and she gave birth to twin boys in March 2009.

After his career declined amid several injury problems, including major back surgery, Ortiz left the UFC in 2008 in a bitter dispute with president Dana White, his former manager.

Ortiz re-signed with the UFC last year, losing a split decision to Forrest Griffin in his return fight last November. Ortiz is winless in his last four UFC fights since October 2006, with his celebrity and high-profile relationship with Jameson overshadowing his octagon abilities.

Ortiz served as a coach on the most recent season of “The Ultimate Fighter,” the UFC’s popular reality television show currently airing on Spike. Yet he apparently was forced to drop out of the show during its taping earlier this year, and the UFC already has announced it will replace him with Rich Franklin for the show’s traditional season-ending bout with fellow coach Chuck Liddell.

LOS ANGELES — (April 26, 2010) – Tristan Taormino will give her talk “My Life As a Feminist Pornographer” and show clips from her award-winning Vivid Entertainment movies at Princeton University on Thursday, April 28 at 7:30 pm at the McCosh 10 Lecture Hall.  This marks Tristan’s second visit to Princeton in this academic year; in November, she gave a presentation about non-monogamy, and her talk was so popular that the students decided to invite her back.  The undergraduate organization Let’s Talk Sex (LeTS) is sponsoring the talk. LeTS is a student group devoted to promoting sex-positive dialogue on campus.  Through its discussion groups and various events, it attempts to provide a forum for free conversation regarding sexuality.

Tristan directs two series for Vivid, the world’s leading adult film company — a reality series called “Chemistry” and the popular sex education series under the Vivid-Ed imprint.  A best-selling author, columnist, editor and sex educator, Tristan recently won two awards at the 5th Annual Feminist Porn Awards (FPA) in Toronto.  Her Vivid-Ed movie “The Expert Guide to Anal Pleasure for Men” won for Hottest Sex Education Film.  In addition, she was honored for her decade in the adult film industry with the prestigious Trailblazer Award for Lifetime Achievement in Feminist Porn.

In one of her most requested topics on the college circuit, Tristan’s talk will address questions such as: is feminist pornography a paradox?  Or can there be such a thing as sex-positive, meaningful porn?  She’ll discuss why she chose to do porn, the challenges and breakthroughs she has seen within the adult industry with regard to women’s pleasure, and her personal goals for working within the industry.

Tristan’s invitation to speak has already created controversy and resulted in numerous op-ed articles and letters to the Editor in the Daily Princetonian, the campus newspaper.  In order to bring in an opposing viewpoint, Princeton hosted anti-porn activist Pamela Paul, who gave a lecture entitled “Why Porn is Anti-Sex,” on April 8.  According to the Daily Princetonian, The Anscombe Society is protesting Tristan’s lecture and has circulated a petition among students who object to it.  The petition “acknowledged the importance of the discussion but objected to “gratuitous” film clips that its authors said would “damage the conversation by turning away those who would have come if not for the inclusion of actual pornography footage.”

“Pornography is definitely a hot button topic in our society. I look forward to sharing my personal philosophy and experience with the audience about making ethical, feminist porn,” says Tristan.  “I’m glad the organizers of LeTS have not backed down or been bullied by the protesters.  This is a valid subject to discuss on a college campus.  The clips I show are not about gratuitous shock value, they are to illustrate some of my work.  The students can make up their own minds about what they see.  Plus, people are free to attend the lecture and leave before I show the film clip.  Everyone should do what they feel comfortable doing.”

Webmaster Checks – the company who handles payment processing for many affiliate programs including Twistys, recently found all of their accounts froze by the department of justice, as they are somehow involved with Brazzers.

So although they are claiming it isn’t really their fault, thousands and thousands and thousands of adult webmasters are without their payments and being nailed with bounced check fees.  And to actually get your money you have to go through a whole world of bullshit with the affiliate companies in question.

Brazzer’s is a sorry piece of shit company that time and again has been proven to commit fraud and theft and now they are directly responsible for all of this problem.  So think twice people before continuing doing business with anyone who has anything to do with Brazzer’s, even indirectly, like this because in the long run I promise it will cost you.

We very recently became aware of an issue regarding our bank accounts being frozen by the Department of Justice and our attorney’s are working diligently to resolve this issue immediately and correct the error in how the DOJ handled this issue. Unfortunately, the Agent in charge of the case, took this action and then went on Vacation. We believe this is not related to our business practices and, therefore, should not have impacted our valued clients.
