As I was reading the story, I had to ask myself, WTF? It completely doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe I am just a dumb blonde, but what the hell do the two have to do with each other. Shouldn’t it be either one or the other, and not both? Either make your profits form porn public or don’t air pornographic material.

“The Commission should move swiftly to impose a condition on the merger that Comcast make its profits on adult entertainment public. It should also force Comcast to stipulate that it absolutely will not use the public airwaves to distribute pornographic material. Without such conditions, the Commission should not approve a transaction which transfers so many broadcast licenses.

I can kinda understand the whole “let me see your profits” from a company whose board of directors think that porn is the devil. That way they can use the profits as an excuse to ban the porn by making up some excuse that it is not profitable enough or something along those lines, but why do you care what the profits are if you are not going to allow them to air porn if the merger happens. Is it just me or does this just completely not make any sense what-so-ever? If you are not going to let them continue to air porn, what the fuck do you care what their profits were? Can someone please shed some light on this for me?

Of course I think the whole business is a bunch of church going SOB’s that have nothing better to do than to step all over our first amendment rights, and if this merger happens I think not only will the Comcast customer loose, so will the company in general. It is nothing to switch to another provider that airs porn on its airwaves such as Direct TV and Dish Network. So not only does the company loose all the money from pay-per-view porn, it will undoubtedly loose customers, too. But hey, their lose will be the other providers gain.

Sunny Lane Makes Directorial Debut

LOS ANGELES—The evolution of adult star Sunny Lane continues, this time in the director’s chair. Lane made her directorial debut with the recently wrapped Strap-On Sunny, the next generation of Pleasure Productions’ famed all-girl series, Strap-On Sally.

For this all-girl feature with toys, Lane told AVN that she’d been working on a vision of her ultimate all-girl fantasy movie and was ecstatic to make it a reality.

“What really makes a hot girl-girl scene is the smoldering sexual tension, the build-up, the sexiness that permeates when two people are truly into each other,” Lane said. “The passion, the slowness, the lingering over every inch of their body, the authenticity—that’s what I wanted to come across to the viewer in this movie. It’s real; it’s authentic.”

Before taking the directing reins, Lane researched by watching the first and most recent editions of the Strap-On Sally series with Tom Byron, who initially approached her about helming the newest volume in the acclaimed series.

AVN Hall of Famer Byron served as Lane’s “right hand man” during the production—and even appears in the movie in a roundabout way.

“The strap-on I used in the move is a replica mold of Tom’s penis!” Lane said. “Tom’s experience on this film really helped. He was so important to have there to help me with production and to address any issues that came up. He was my rock.”

After doing her research and writing script treatments, Lane dove headfirst into production.

“I had this vision for a long time for Strap-On Sunny,” Lane said. “I love working with girls so much I knew I wanted to do a girl-girl movie. I did the synopsis, the outline and worked with a scriptwriter. I then booked all the talent and planned the production logistics, wardrobe, makeup, catering—I wore many hats.”

The full-length feature also stars Nina Hartley as Dr. Hartley, who helps Lane, her patient, deal with her fascination with women and strap-ons. The movie is filmed through Lane’s eyes as she embarks on this sexual journey.

“Having Nina there was just a treat,” Lane enthused. “I wanted this movie to have a touch of a throwback vibe to the old series. Nina is so wise and sexy. It was just a thrill to have her there in a perfect role for her.”

Other girls who all play patients of Dr. Hartley include Charlie Laine, Courtney Cummz, Kayla Paige, London Keyes, Tory Lane and Amber Rayne.

Lane believes that her experience as a performer working for so many different directors and companies was extremely beneficial to her debut helming her own project.

“Over the last five years I’ve been like a sponge absorbing bits and pieces from everyone I worked with—good and bad,” Lane said. “I’ve always been into the production side of things and am fascinated by the whole process. I think being a performer before you direct gives you a heightened sense of awareness. I was prepared because I knew what to expect, executed my plan, and had enough experience being on-set to gameplan if things veered off course. There’s so much more involved than just directing the sex.”

Lane cited learning a lot from directors Erica McLean, Nick Andrews, Will Ryder and Shoosh from Triangle Films and “I took a little piece of each of them with me,” she said.

Adult Performer, MMA Fighter War Machine Headed for Jail

SAN DIEGO — Adult performer and Ultimate Fighting Championship fighter War Machine, aka Jon Paul Koppenhaver , 28, will serve a year in jail after pleading guilty to two felonies and violating probation.

The sentencing is a result of a bar fight he was involved in last March and a 2007 felony assault case, which was later reduced to a misdemeanor.

War Machine — his legal name — debuted as an adult performer in Digital Playground’s yet-to-be-released “Riley Steele Loves War Machine” feature.

The performer was arrested last March after a brawl with bouncers outside of Thruster’s Lounge in Point Loma.

It was reported that after the altercation with police he ran from the scene, was apprehended and had a “spit bag” put over his head indicating that he was getting aggressive with oral fluids.

He was also involved in a scuffle with a female bartender at Last Day Cocktails in February after she questioned his War Machine I.D.

A report on SignOnSanDiego said because War Machine has a professional fight scheduled for July 9, San Diego Superior Court Judge David Danielsen gave him a July 16 surrender date to be booked and begin his year-long sentence. If he doesn’t show he could be sentenced to five years in jail.

Deputy District Attorney Michael Runyon said War Machine must serve the entire year in jail, as a condition of the plea agreement and he agreed not to ask for additional time in custody at a hearing scheduled for August 12 if War Machine complies with the order, the report said.

War Machine’s attorney Cole Casey commenting on the Thruster’s incident said that the performer is a recognized name in the mixed-martial arts world, which can draw negative attention in certain settings.

“There’s a target on your back because people want a piece of you,” Casey said. “Jon speaks his mind so he’s controversial. He tends to ruffle some feathers.”

War Machine made his name after his appearance on the UFC’s “The Ultimate Fighter” reality show on Spike TV in 2007.

But wait – there’s more! Back in November Luke Ford ran the story Brooke Haven Birthday Bash Turns Ugly Apparently War Machine slapped his girlfriend around, and ended with Ben English in the hospital, some asian dude with a broken nose and Alec Knight with stitches in his head. I did a search on this asshole and it seems he likes to fight in and out of the the octagon.

On February 22, 2008, Koppenhaver’s San Diego defense attorney arranged a lenient fine and probationary sentence for a prior assault which could have ended his fighting career, if charged as a felony. He was sentenced to three years of probation and 30 days of community service.

On 28th of November 2009, War Machine was reported to what witnesses have said, “gone crazy” at a porn actress’ birthday party. He attacked several people and ran off before the police came.

On December 1st, 2009 Las Vegas Police Department issued a warrant out for his arrest.

On February 28th, 2010 incident at “Last Day Cocktails” bar in Point Loma, California, results in three counts of assault.

On March 31st, 2010, he was again arrested in San Diego, California under suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a confrontation at a Pacific Beach bar. It was reported that officers had to place a bag over his head to keep him from spitting at them.

So with a history of being a JACKASS, why did that stupid Judge give him a July 16th surrender date I ask? Oh yeah, so he can have one more fight before going to jail. Brilliant!

Buzzed…watching Locked Up all night really thinking of how bullshit jail is. It’s not gonna teach me shit. I don’t consider what I did wrong and never will. The only thing I know for sure now is that I can never “go out” again. I don’t get in fights at the super market or the theatre I get in trouble at bars/clubs so That’s that no more of that for me. The law/US has gone soft and I can’t change that. Just need to be more of a hermit so I can avoid breaking the “law”

….not prison just gotta do a year in San Diego County jail…boring!
