Well it turns out there may be more to the move than expected.

Here is a Twitter conversation between three people at the show today and two of them are saying that Tera Patrick and Evan Seinfeld broke up, one says otherwise but clearly heard the rumors from other people because she wouldn’t have a need to have to seek out “sources” if she hasn’t.  So something clearly went down at the show today with Evan Seinfeld.  Could him and Tera Patrick really be over?  Well here is what is going on right now on Twitter about it ….

Well porn stars are not the only people in the world with these rights however they don’t seem to understand that.

See awhile ago I reported about Nina Mercedez, as well as a few other porn stars like Tera Patrick hiring a company to handle their MySpace pages. I got trashed to no end about reporting on this.  Some people even say I got some threats (which isn’t actually true). But it was such a hassle I just stayed quiet about the subject and would just post images of their mistakes. I figured instead of me blabbing about it, a picture was worth 1,000 words.

Well despite the evidence to the contrary,  some people came out and said that I was wrong.  Nina Mercedez being one of them claimed to run her own page.  That’s all well and good but let me be clear here ……. either the company she  hired to run her myspace page or she herself while running her myspace page, committed a little oopsy today by infringing on the Matel trademark by using the name “Barbie” to describe some naked chick they want you to add to your friends list on MySpace.

Previous porn stars have been sued for such things, with the biggest name lawsuit being that of Lexus Locklear, who now goes by the name of Lexi.  There is also Katsumi and a few Barbie lawsuits over the years.  Let’s just say Matel doesn’t like their CHILDREN’S brand being sullied by naked chicks claiming to be a “lifesize Barbie” and as with previous lawsuits in the past, sometimes these companies go over the people who post such claims and in this case, it’s the Nina Mercedez camp.

Now I’m no lawyer but I smart enough to guess that if anyone were to go steal content from Nina Mercedez’s official website, she would be one pissed off porn star and probably have her lawyer send some nasty letters.  So then why would she think it was now okay to infringe on anyone else’s trademarks?  So deny hiring some company running your myspace page all you want, but if I were you I would have one serious ass talk with these fucktards, because clearly the previous fraud they were perpetuating wasn’t enough.  Now they are making you look even better.

First I will address the comment about my original story in which I referred to them as MySpace whores.  I think my exact phrase was, These three are the most spamingest myspace whores there are. Use of the word “whore” is probably where most of the confusion comes in and it is perhaps a word I use far to freely and don’t associate it with the actual meaning that some do.


But do let me be clear here.  I do not think Nina Mercedez is a “whore” as in a slut or hooker.  I actually meant, if you read the entire story that the company that she hired in association with her MySpace marketing along with Tera Patrick and Gina Lynn makes them look like frauds or spammers or board whores, which is actually a real term in our industry in which a company will hire a person to post on message boards in which their banner is displayed as the “signature”  so that each time that person makes a post on a message board, even if just to say happy birthday to someone, their banner is displayed.  There are a lot of people out there who make good money being professional board whores or post whores.  In fact, $500 to $700 a month depending on the board and product / site, is not unheard of.  And that was the context that I used the word “whore”.

Now as far as the story about Nina Mercedez goes, I must confess, I was watching one of those Vivid reality shows where I caught an episode starring Mercedez back when she was with Vivid.  I don’t even know the name of it, but I think it was called porno valley or something of that nature.  It was nothing specific that was said or anything specific that happened but you can just tell the person she was with wasn’t meant for her.  Clearly that turned out to be the case because she married someone else years later.  Seeing those photos on her myspace page show a very different Mecedez from that which was in that reality show.  She just wasn’t happy and no matter how much of a dick anyone thinks I may be, I don’t want to see some chick with a guy she wasn’t meant to be with.

I do wish her and well everyone for that matter the chance to find love and all the happiness in the world, even if they made the mistake of hiring a company that takes advantage of them. I don’t care what you may think or say about me, my past articles made it very clear what they were doing. In previous posts I outlined exactly what each girl said and showed how the exact same quotes were rotated between them and how the company would make posts as if it was the porn star in question speaking to the fans. I don’t care how anyone wants to spin it, that’s flat out fraud in every way and while I’m sure most fans know that porn stars have their people handle shit for them, it doesn’t make it right.

What’s funny to me is how this company defends its actions by saying they help these girls get more fans. I don’t know about all of that. I think girls like Tera Patrick and Nina Mercedez are pretty damn famous on their own and doubt all the spamming in the world is going to generate the some 30,000 extra friends that this company claims to have helped them get. These girls are a force in their own right and their name alone has strength behind it. If these girls have 30,000 new friends then it’s because of work THEY did in their photos, magazine layouts, Internet photo shoots or feature dancing. I don’t think in any way shape or form, they got more famous or somehow got more friends because of something this company has done. These girls are famous porn stars. They get MySpace friends because of that reason alone.

What the company gets out of the deal though is free marketing for their other clients. The real winners here are all the girls that aren’t famous that signed up with this company. I have no doubt each of them benefited greatly from the free advertising (THE MYSPACE SPAM) they got having their names plastered by big stars like Gina Lynn, tera Patrick and Mercedez. Who wouldn’t benefit from an endorsement from those three? And daily endorsements at that!

So in the end I don’t really give a fuck if you think I’m a dick because I posted my opinions about some company taking advantage of some porn star’s name. Call me a dick all you want. Doesn’t change the fact that what that company was doing was wrong. And instead of calling me out on speaking out about it, I would hope that you would join me in looking out for the best interest of these girls because all to often in our industry that isn’t done for these girls.

Oh and as for you comment about me “backing down” because I seen a photo of her husband.  No, I applaud him for speaking out publicly to defend her.  That’s what a real man should do for his woman. I fucking respect the hell out of him for that shit.

Most people call such messages spam. We get them every day and by now we have all gotten them so often, we know what it is when we see it. But turns out some people out there would have you believe that if I don’t read them they aren’t spam.

Well don’t exactly understand how by not reading them changes what they are, but whatever. To those people I say a picture is worth a 1,000 words and they can click here to see this picture I speak of.  That is what I call “ridiculous“.

But some stars are busy. Some stars create a myspace page and then pay someone to keep up with it for them.

Typically this job would mean approving new friend requests, deleting spam comments and posting bulletins under the star’s name when she has something specific going on in her life like a new movie coming out.

Sounds easy enough, right?

Well it seems some stars made a bad decision in their hiring practices and aren’t really staying on top of these people because these companies are using the porn star’s myspace account to be all out spammers and in return leaving a bad taste in the mouth of their dedicated fans — not just because these people are using the porn star’s account to spam but also because they are making these posts pretending to be the star in question.

What it comes down to is that twice a day, at the very least every single day someone is logging onto these star’s myspace pages and posting these spam ass messages to their fans. Apparently this comany thinks the fans are so stupid they don’t know it’s just spam nor do they have enough respect for them not do to this. I am sure they want to keep up with what’s going on with the star but with so many junk messages being posted, when REAL news comes out, it’s mostly just ignored.

That being said, I’m posed now to be witness to my first, real live hurricane.

As of right now, the crashing waves and outer rim of the storm has hit the coast with surges expected to be as high as 20 feet in Galveston, Texas.  I being some 45 minutes away assumed we would be safe.   I mean how much power can a storm really maintain over land, right?

Turns out I’m a fucking idiot because even 2 hours inland they can expect winds as high as 100 miles an hour and flooding with like 10 inches of rain.

That information isn’t however what panics me.  It’s watching the news to hear this bitch explain that if they don’t get the fuck out now, “get off the island” and then she explains why they should get out of Galveston and how the winds are so strong that even within a few hours will grow so much that they will throw anyone out in them up against the sea wall and they will die instantly.

Something about hearing that shit on the news, just creeps me the fuck out.

Then they get into a discussion about the debris coming at your ass, so if you don’t die by being pulled in by the winds surely something coming out of the water will smack you in the head and kill you that way.

As you watch the waves crash on TV you really can’t help but get a sense of how really powerless you are in a situation like this.

No gas for your cars so you can’t get out.  Really no food as the grocery stores are empty, and the Mayor of Houston telling their people to stay home and “hunker down” and prepare for the storm.  And now some people are stranded trying to flee the coastal areas.  Yes apparently they were to stupid to leave last night when they were told to.  I think the coast guard said something like 200 people.  They had plans to leave today but found the roads were closed and the flood waters rose quicker than they imagined.  Water is rising as much as half a foot per hour so now the stupid fuckers are stuck and they had to spent a fuck load of money to fly their asses out of there.  Seriously those people should be left to die. They are clearly to stupid to deserve to live.

I don’t know about you but when someone says GET THE FUCK OUT AND GET THE FUCK OUT NOW, I’m getting the fuck out now.  Unlike those stupid fuckers they had the means to leave and get to “safety”, whereas those of us here further inland are stuck.  But then again we aren’t exactly on the coast where a hurricane as big as the state of fucking Texas heading my way with tidal waves as high as 20 feet coming right at me.



Update : 4:49 pm EST.   I just heard that the storm is some 200 miles wide and because of its massive size, even if the storm hits land at category 2, it will act like a category 4 as a result of the size.  How fucking crazy is that?  200 miles wide?!!!!!!!!! When they say things are bigger in Texas, fuck they aren’t kidding.



Update : 11:47 pm EST. It’s only really just begun. Ike technically hasn’t even hit landfall and things are getting pretty bad right about now. Obviously large amounts of flooding, and that’s without rain – it is from storm surges. Flooding without rain? I honestly would not have expected that. The winds have picked up quite a bit. Rain is hitting and getting worse. More than 535,000 without power in the Houston area alone. They expect this number to hit more than 2 million by 5 am. They are saying that some of these fine folks may be without power for as long as 2 to 3 weeks. TWO TO THREE FUCKING WEEKS!! Transformers are blowing and fires are spreading from house to house to house. Fire crews can’t get into many areas so they just have to sit there and watch homes burn. A pretty strong band of rain has just come through where I am at. Very strong gusts of wind have been going on for at least two hours but it seems to be getting progressively worse. The good news is, so far only one reported death in relation to the storm. Power is out about 6 miles from here. We expect to lose power in this area any time now. Gusts of wind where I am located seem to be hitting about 30 to 40 MPH and that I guess is the problem. As long as there is power I will continue to post random updates.



Update 1:52 am : Power continues to flicker on and off at my location. Parts of southern Houston, this is that area that is closer to the coast than I am, are experiencing sustained winds of about 73 MPH. Almost 1 million without power at this point and they are saying that they won’t even begin to attempt to get it back up for at least the next 12 hours however if you are without power you should expect it not to return for at least the next day or two but it could be as long as a week or so in some areas, those areas I suppose would be the coastal regions. However those as far as 2 hours inland are already experiencing huge gusts of wind as much as 50 MPH and having power outages.


At this point I have heard the phrase “hunker down” at least 793 times. I don’t know why we started counting. I guess it was a game to keep us entertained but for the love of god SHUT THE FUCK UP WITH THE HUNKER DOWN ALREADY. But seriously, if any one station uses the phrase hunker down 793 in just a few hours, then you seriously need to be fucking punched in the face. It’s so annoying. I just want to put my cock in their mouth and say “hunker down” on this bitch.


That being said, in case we lose power soon I don’t want that to be my last update so I wanted to try and think of a list of porn stars in Texas. The first four that come to mind happen to all be former or current Vivid girls, Meggan Mallone, Hanna Hilton, Sunrise Adams, Nina Mercedez. Jesus Christ Vivid, you really seem to have a hard on for chicks from Texas. I would look into a list of more porn stars being from Texas later on. For now the power seems to continue to flicker and the wind picks up even more outside so noise continues to disturb me even more as my friend laughs and said this isn’t what you have to worry about, it’s the tornado’s, that form as a result of these weather conditions. I love Blade, Wonder woman when she can decide what she is doing and Wolverine but I couldn’t get into Origins. The movie itself didn’t go over so well with the critics.  In fact, AVN only gave it 3 out of 5 stars.   Yet that next year it still won the AVN award for the Best All-Girl Feature.  It was really the first time anyone had done a high quality feature film dedicated only to lesbians that also included several well known stars all in one film.  It was sort of new ground.  This movie was called

China Barbor was quoted as saying “I really wanted to throw a good party to celebrate Hustler, what better way to say ‘thank you’ than showcasing why we are No. 1?” I guess that didn’t work out so well for her now, did it?

We gave the boys over at LFP a call to confirm this rumor but as expected couldn’t get very far. What we do know is that China Barbor “hasn’t been in the office this week” but one person we spoke to thought she may come back while yet another party claimed they had no idea what was going on and indicated everything was wonderful over at LFP and there was absolutely no truth to the rumors … that the anniversary party was great and everyone was happy.

So I went over to the AVN photo galleries to see just who was at the party, because in an earlier press release they indicated that “celebrities” would be there. What I didn’t find was one photo of anyone really famous. Unless we are now counting Ron Jeremy as a celebrity. And for that matter, I seen no A list porn stars either. There was Marina Maywood, Samantha Sin, and some girl named Whitney there. AVN reported that “Larry Flynt made an appearance in addition to celebrities and behind-the-scenes members of the adult industry.” But the closest to A list porn insiders besides Ron Jeremy you could get would be Holly Randall, daughter of photographer Suze Randall.

I don’t know if the party was really as great as they LFP are saying or a big ass mess as others are saying but what I do know is if these famous people where there, I sure didn’t see them in the pictures and wouldn’t you think that they would have been able to capture, I don’t know ONE celebrity in a photo if they were there?

Where is Tera Patrick whom LFP recently won an award for distribution of one of her titles? Where is Nina Mercedez who distributes her new line of movies? Where is the chick that is on the May cover of Hustler Magazine? Even Meggan Mallone didn’t show up? I checked out Meggan Mallone’s myspace and she showed off her cover of Hustler for May 2008 but she didn’t make any mention of going to any Hustler party. I realize that Adam & Eve contract girl Ava Rose is in the July issue (albiet not the cover girl) and she was there, but what about May (current issue on stands at the time of the party) and the June cover girls for Hustler?

I don’t know but it sounds like to me that someone fucked up somewhere.
