Mick Blue Scores 10 Nominations for 2018 XBIZ Awards

Male Performer of the Year! Director of the Year! Gonzo Series of the Year!

VENICE, CA – Nominees for the 2018 XBIZ Awards were announced last week and Mick Blue’s name came up a very impressive 10 times.

XBIZ held its third annual RISE Adult Talent Appreciation Gala at 1OAK nightclub in West Hollywood on Thursday night and the tradition of bestowing Mick with several important nominations continued. He is nominated for Male Performer of the Year, Director of the Year, three Best Sex Scene noms, a Gonzo Series of the Year for BAM Visions’ Anal Euphoria. As a director, he helmed releases that are up for Best Latin Release and Best Asian Release. He and wife Anikka Albrite also starred as the Baumgartners in the feature Adventures With the Baumgartners (Adam & Eve Pictures), which made the cut for Couples-Themed Release of the Year. He also starred in Agent 69, which is in the running for Feature Movie of the Year.

“This is really a great honor,” Mick said. “There are so many projects that are being recognized, it’s very gratifying.
