The thing is, I know the content will be fucking amazing, of course cause it is Brit we’re dealing with here, but I’m afraid the greatness of the book will be lost due to K-Fed being such a fucking douchebag.

K-Fed is also shitty at most things that he does, like acting cool, acting un-douchebag –like and handling Britney Spears.

What makes anyone think he can write a book if he can’t even go one day without being a douche? It is impossible.

That is why I’m throwing my name in the ring as a possible ghost writer for Kevin’s tell-all book. I know I could write the shit out of it if given the chance.

Britney Spears, apparently having forgotten that her initial success was built on sex appeal, and has denied ever making the tape or showing it to her advisors at any point.

Pop-star-turned-at-home-mum filed a $20 million libel suit against the celebrity magazine. However, US Weekly magazine has refused to back down.

In a hearing at a Beverley Hills superior court yesterday, Judge Lisa Hart Cole said that the current evidence put forward by both sides was insufficient to make a definitive ruling.

Now, Britney Spears’ attorney, Martin Singer, has to garner evidence about a potentially key witness in a bid to bring him before the court.

The next hearing is scheduled to take place on May 3.

Britney Spears was not present at the hearing, as she is currently holidaying in Hawaii.

No verdict in Britney Spears ‘sex tape’ libel case

A Californian judge has called for more evidence before delivering a verdict on a motion to dismiss a libel case brought by singer Britney Spears against a US magazine.

Schoolgirl pin-up turned grumpy mummy Britney is suing US Weekly magazine over a story alleging that the Toxic singer and husband Kevin Federline made an X-rated sex tape which they showed to advisers.

Britney, seemingly forgetting that her initial success was built on precisely this sort of sex appeal, has denied ever making the tape or showing it to her advisors at any point and filed a $20 million libel suit against the celebrity weekly.

However, the magazine has refused to back down and filed a motion at the Los Angeles superior court in a bid to dismiss the libel suit.

In a hearing at a Beverley Hills superior court yesterday, Judge Lisa Hart Cole said that the current evidence put forward by both sides was insufficient to make a definitive ruling.

Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline are telling friends that they’re expecting a second child — less than six months after their first, Sean Preston, was born.

"I’m pregnant!" revealed the 24 year-old pop star to another woman in the spa at Maui’s Four Seasons Hotel where Britney, Kevin and their baby son are staying.

But no one’s more surprised than Federline, who, sources tell Star, had no idea he was about to become a dad again. In fact, Kevin had only a slight jump on Brit’s fellow spa-goer — a source says he only got the news just days before from Brit in New Orleans just before he joined her on Feb. 27 for Mardi Gras.

Brit, 24, the sources tell Star, is near the end of her first trimester and found out in early January that she was expecting. Why wouldn’t she share the news with her husband then? Why wouldn’t he notice? One reason, sources say, is that the two had been having a particularly rocky time — and Brit was probably afraid Kevin wouldn’t want the baby.

As it turned out, sources tell Star, Britney was absolutely right in her concerns. A friend of Federline says that Kevin, 27, wasn’t very enthusiastic when he shared the latest baby news. "Kevin said, ‘Britney’s pregnant,’" the friend tells Star. "When I expressed surprise, Kevin said, ‘Yeah, it shocked the sh** out of me, too!’"

Finding out that she’s pregnant again may actually come as a relief to Britney. As previously reported, she was extremely frustrated at her inability to lose the 50 lbs. she put on during her first pregnancy. Plus, she was experiencing moodiness and junk-food cravings. In fact, a friend of Kevin tells Star that the mood swings had become an issue. "He’s totally stressed out," the friend says. "When I asked him what was wrong, he went off on Britney, saying: ‘One minute she’s nice and the next she’s cursing me out about nothing.’"
