These two companies no longer exist as legal LLCs in the state of California or anywhere in the U.S. As of September 10, 2010 they moved all of their business operations oversees to Curacao, an island in the Caribbean. That’s right, while you dumb asses were listening to the bullshit announcement today by the head of Epass, they were secretly moving all their shit out of the country.
