AVN released the 2010 award nominations today. The full list is here but I wanted to point out some interesting notes about some of the nominations . Every year when the list comes out there are some issues people have with at least some of them and well this year is no different. First let’s talk about best new starlet.

There are some obvious noobs on this list and well since it is an award honoring noobs, that makes sense but one name stands out and that is Angelina Armani. Why is she on this list? She was in attendance at the AVN 2009 awards with Digital Playground as their contract star and if I remember correctly, she even had a movie out then so if she was “new” then wouldn’t she have been a new starlet a year ago?
I get that her boyfriend / suitcase pimp is her manager / PR man and wants to see her get nominated for something but fuck seriously, best NEW starlet? Ummm ok.

I’m confused on this category. Best “NEW” Web Starlet? Priya Rai, Tory Lane, Sasha Grey and Lupe Fuentes and Kayden Kross have been around a long time. They are anything but NEW. I’m so fucking confused on this one all together. This has to be a typo or something.
Fuck going through this list I realize there is a lot of crazy shit I will want to go on and on about in the coming weeks so I’ll will be making multiple posts.
