I seen a picture on Nina Mercedez’s MySpace profile today that wasn’t her so naturally I clicked her photos to see what was going on. Never really did figure out what was going on and why that photo was up but something did catch my eye and that was photo, personal ones of Nina Mercedez and her husband at various vacation spots.  On their own it wouldn’t have caught my attention but I noticed how close these two really where and in an industry like this one where it’s full of haters and whores, both men and women, it’s nice to see two people actually in love.  So to you miss Nina Mercedez, I may give you shit about the company you work with on your myspace page, but I give you kudos for finding true love and hapiness in a fucked up world.  Through the grapevine I hear you are one hell of a gal so I wish you and your husband all the love and hapiness in the world.

For someone who’s officially been retired for years, Janine sure is in the porn news a lot lately.  It seems if she isn’t getting arrested or fighting with her loser of an ex husband, she is making some top secret movies for Vivid with some top secret co-star.  Well today is no different.  Only today we are talking about her not because she did anything bad but because her bozo of an ex husband is in legal trouble again.  Today in a story reported by TMZ, Jesse James (that’s Janine’s ex husband who is now married to famous actress Sandra Bullock), got himself into some legal trouble through a fashion deal for Wal-mart that went bad.  The lawsuit which was filed on November 5th in a California court is for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, quantum meruit, promissory estoppal, account, declaratory relief.




Forget the wild, wild west — the only place Jesse James seems to be a threat these days is at Wal-Mart.  The guy behind West Coast Choppers is being sued for allegedly masterminding a plan to screw a company out of a serious fashion deal.




According to the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, James was co-creating a line called “America’s Brand” with intentions of selling the clothes through Wal-Mart — when he suddenly decided to cut out his partner at the last minute.




But it gets worse — the bitter party claims James then stole a key employee, renamed the line after himself — and started selling the clothes at Wal-Mart anyway. Now, they want a ton of money to make things right — we’re talkin’ at least $200,000.
