FROM HERE: I knew the day was going to be at least a bit memorable- its not every day you interview porn stars. Still, I didn’t know what to expect, and my breakfast settled funny in my stomach as we made our winding way through LA towards Dez’s house. Dez is the mastermind behind the World of Whorecraft (now titled Whorelore for legal reasons) series of fantasy MMO-themed porns.

We ended up in a large-ish house with a deep driveway. Dez had sounded amazingly nice on the phone. When he opened the door he confirmed it wasn’t a fluke- he looked like any friend of mine- bespectacled, affable and warm. He let us in to his gorgeous house and wasted no time in excitedly showing us his newest video- Cock & Load: FPS Porn. He’s branching out into other video game porn- geek porn, what a lucrative market!

“The girls are getting made up. They should be out in a second. I didn’t know who to bring, so i brought my girlfriend Stacey and one of our best friends, Taylor Rain.” I feigned a simple smile, my mind flaring. Taylor Rain?! Maybe the most famous porn star of the past few years?! (Or so my perverted friends tell me… um, yeah.) I was floored. The interview had to be the most entertaining we’ve shot yet. Dez was an articulate, thoughtful guy, who did a great job answering the questions, especially after Taylor convinced him to share some of her herbal refreshment. Alaura was a wise, articulate, kind presence- if ever Dez was stuck on a question, she did a beautiful job of breaking it down simply and thoughtfully. Meanwhile, Taylor was a trip and a half the entire time. She said very little at first, but grew less timid as we hung out more. What amazed me the most was how much Dez knew about MMOs- we started with questions about Whorelore, but realizing how much he knew, threw him every question under the sun, and got some of our best soundbytes!

After lunch we got b-roll of the girls playing their favorite video game, Guitar Hero. Taylor came out in rockstar sunglasses, to complete the scene. I was amazed by taylor’s skills- even though it was only on medium difficulty, she nearly received a perfect score! And she played ‘Sweet Child o’ Mine’ to boot! Alaura was a solid guitar hero herself, and Dez was really good.

But it was nothing compared to his WoW skills. Dez isn’t a porn director who pretends he’s a gamer. Dez used to be the guild master of one of the top guilds on any server. He PvPed for us, and Peter was taking notes. It was truly impressive.

And so ends one of the more surreal experiences in my life. Even though the three of them were so down-to-earth, if I didn’t recognize them, it would’ve just been like hanging out with my friends.

The BBC apologised Wednesday after a top national radio presenter triggered protests by saying she could not see black people in the dark. Radio 2 DJ Sarah Kennedy made the comment when, during a discussion about winter road conditions on her morning show, she explained how she had almost run over a pedestrian.

“You know what happened to me yesterday? It was this black guy. It’s lucky he opened his mouth to yawn or do something and I saw him. He was wearing a black hat, black clothes and he was just invisible,” she said.

Listeners used BBC message boards to voice anger at the remark. “This is just one in a long line of irresponsible remarks from Sarah Kennedy, but the BBC don’t have a problem with her,” one said.

Some defended her. “Leaving aside the fact she said ‘until he opened his mouth’, she was making a point that too many pedestrians (and I include myself in that) wear dark clothing at night,” said another.

But the BBC said sorry. “We apologise for any offence given and have spoken to Sarah Kennedy,” said a spokesman.

Earlier this year Kennedy, 57, raised eyebrows by slurring her words during a show.

She notably offered to send “panties” to troops in Afghanistan and referred to the Princess of Wales wearing a “pink polka blot” dress. The BBC said she had a sore throat at the time.

Fayner Posts: So Yesterday I decided to finally carve my pumpkin so I could put it out on the street for tonight. And while all the faces in the Pumpkin Carving book TR bought were scary, I thought I could create something myself that was more than just scary. Frightening would be good, you know, something that’ll make a kid pee a little bit in his costume.

On the internet I went searching, and happened upon this photo of Mary Carey above. Her face is huge like a pumpkin, I thought, and she does like pretty frightening here. Why don’t I just trace Mary’s face onto my pumpkin? Good idea, Fayner.

The pumpkin came out awesome and frightening. So awesome and frightening in fact, that our two puppies Lou and Wigger attacked it and tore it to shreds before I got a chance to take a picture of it. What a bummer. Makes me want to go back out and get another pumpkin right now so I can scare all the kids with it tonight. That way, no one will come to the house and I will get all the candy for myself!

Dog Chapman has been captured spewing foul-mouthed racist slurs on a tape obtained exclusively by The NATIONAL ENQUIRER.

And now a civil rights leader is calling for Dog’s TV show to be removed from the airwaves.

In a shocking world exclusive The ENQUIRER has obtained tapes of two revolting phone conversations in which Duane “Dog” Chapman unleashes a filthy bigoted attack, littered with the N-word and other disgusting racial insults.

The star of the A&E reality show Dog, The Bounty Hunter directed his racist hatred at his son Tucker’s girlfriend Monique Shinnery, who is black.

“Dog Chapman should not have a show. That show should be taken off the air!”

That’s the opinion of prominent civil rights leader Roy Innis, who has served as the chairman of the Congress for Racial Equality (CORE) since 1968. Innis was shocked and outraged when The ENQUIRER played Dog Chapman’s racist telephone conversations for him.

“This man should not be held up as a role model for children,” Innis told The ENQUIRER. “He has venom deep in his soul. This is a picture of his heart — a revelation of his true nature.

Innis believes that cable network A&E needs to take swift action in response to Dog’s vicious outburst.

“He needs to answer for his behavior,” says Innis.

“When someone gets the opportunity to use the airwaves, he becomes a role model, whether he likes it or not. Dog Chapman should not be in that position, posing as a good guy.

“His comments show that he certainly is not a good guy.”

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Bush administration urged the Supreme Court Tuesday to uphold a law against the promotion of child pornography, rejecting First Amendment claims that it limits legitimate creative expression.

Opponents of the provision of the 2003 federal law that sets a five-year mandatory prison term for promoting child porn have said that movies that depict adolescent sex could fall under the law.

But Solicitor General Paul Clement, the administration’s top Supreme Court lawyer, said the law is not meant to cover movies like “Lolita,” “Traffic,” “American Beauty” or “Titanic.”

“If you’re taking a movie like ‘Traffic’ or ‘American Beauty’ and you’re promoting it, you have nothing to worry about with this statute,” Clement said.

He asked the court to uphold the law as part of Congress’ effort to protect children by eliminating the widespread market in child pornography.

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the provision because it makes a crime out of merely talking about illegal images or possessing innocent materials that someone else might believe is pornography.

In the appeals court’s view, the law could apply to an e-mail sent by a grandparent and entitled “Good pics of kids in bed,” showing grandchildren dressed in pajamas.

Richard Diaz, the lawyer for a Florida man convicted under the law, told the court, “It captures protected speech about materials that may not even, in fact, exist.”

In 2002, the court struck down key provisions of a 1996 child pornography law because they called into question legitimate educational, scientific or artistic depictions of youthful sex.

Congress responded the next year with the PROTECT Act, which contains the provision under challenge in the current case.

Authorities arrested Michael Williams in an undercover operation aimed at combating child exploitation on the Internet. A Secret Service agent engaged Williams in an Internet chat room, where they swapped non-pornographic photographs. Williams advertised himself as “Dad of toddler has ‘good’ pics of her an me for swap of your toddler pics, or live cam.”

After the initial photo exchange, Williams allegedly posted seven images of actual minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Agents who executed a search warrant found 22 child porn images on Williams’ home computer.

Williams also was convicted of possession of child pornography. That conviction, and the resulting five-year prison term, is not being challenged.

The case is U.S. v. Williams, 06-694.

Fayner Posts: Halloween is cool when you’re a kid. Then it becomes gay. When you reach college, the hopes of seeing every hot chick in your class makes Halloween again a fucking awesome holiday. From then on - until I guess when you have children of your own - Halloween loses its flavor year by year until its nothing more than a day in October.

But Taylor, Alaura Eden and I refuse to let Halloween fade that easily into the dark night. And since none of us actually have any children, we thought bringing all six of the dogs out Trick-or-Treating might be a lot of fun.

So Taylor went and got all the costumes, Alaura made them fit right and I held the dogs while they tried to wiggle out of them. Of course, Keith and Dez refuse to have any part in our silly fun, but that won’t bring us down.
