The squeaky clean image of Disney was under threat today after nude photographs of one of their budding teen stars, Vanessa Hudgens, surfaced on the internet.

The company is now said to be considering firing the 19-year-old High School Musical actress after images of her posing full frontal by a bed were leaked.
Hudgens was forced to back-track, admitting the images were in fact hers after her agents previously branded them false earlier in the week.
In a statement the shamed starlet said: ‘This photo was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate this has become public.’

The pictures were reportedly taken for star’s boyfriend and High School Musical co-star, Zac Efron.
They come as a massive PR disaster for Disney after High School Musical 2 broke audience records following its debut in the US last month.
The UK premiere is also just around the corner, set to premiere in London on 21 September.
Hudgens and Efron have been dogged by bad headlines throughout their young relationship, after the sexuality of 19-year-old Efron, star of hit film Hairspray, has come under repeated scrutiny on the web.
