TV Host Files Motion To Dismiss Child Porn Charges
(KUTV) SALT LAKE CITY Former TV personality Matthew Duhamel and his business partner Charles Granere believe child pornography charges against them should be dropped.
The two filed a motion to dismiss the indictments.
The men argue the web site they operated showing pictures of young girls wearing scant clothing in suggestive poses is not pornography.
Before his arrest, Duhamel was the host of a local, late night talk show on KPNZ.
Duhamel also did weather forecasts for a short time here on KUTV under the name Matt McCoy.
