Sheen-Richards Scandal Welcomes Its First Dead Porn Star
As outrageous details continue to trickle in about the Charlie Sheen-Denise Richards divorce scandal–effectively upgrading it from celebrity "dirt" to "Satan’s fly-covered feces"–it struck us that the only missing elements from the sordid tale were a porn star corpse and the looming spectre of O.J. Simpson. Well, check and check, according to Rush and Molloy:
In a bombshell sworn declaration, ex-Bond Girl Richards says she flat-out asked Sheen, 40, if he had anything to do with sex star Chloe Jones’ death — and he didn’t deny it."He said that he had ‘no comment,’" Richards states in her papers. "This scared me. [Sheen] threatened me again ‘that if I do not agree with his request for joint custody, that I would never make it to court.’"
In March 2005, the 32-DD Jones, 29, sold a story to The National Enquirer, claiming Sheen paid her $15,000 for sex. Shortly after the story hit, Richards, 35, who was pregnant with the couple’s second child at the time, filed for divorce.
On June 4, 2005, Jones was found dead in her bed in Houston home. The Daily News has learned the Harris County, Tex., coroner later ruled the death an "accidental" overdose of prescription drugs. Hiring a porn star to sleep with you for $15,000 is a far cry from having a hand in her OD death, though there’s a twisted perversity in using its convenient happenstance to imply the seriousness of your threats against your wife’s life–not to mention underscoring your point with helpful "this is what a murdered wife looks like" visual aids. As Goldenfiddle notes, the next episode of Two and a Half Men is appropriately titled "And the Plot Moistens."

Jones’ best friend, Karen Struble, says the drugs were prescribed to treat Jones’ epilepsy. "There was no foul play," Struble tells The News’ Michelle Caruso. "Charlie had nothing to do with it." Struble added that Jones hadn’t had any sexual contact with Sheen since the late 1990s. Richards said in court papers she went for an HIV test after hearing of Sheen’s relations with a prostitute. People magazine has pictures of Richards and the Bon Jovi guitarist kissing at a cafe in Westlake Village, Calif. A friend of Richards tells Star magazine: "Denise didn’t want to stir up trouble with Heather. But by the fourth meeting … he took Denise up to his bedroom, and they made love for hours." A friend of Sambora’s tells us, "This was after he broke up with Heather. I think Denise saw what Heather was doing with [reputed boyfriend] David Spade. She saw Richie was a great husband and father. But who knows if it will last." Bitter suite affair for Mick & Dubya President Bush may have toppled Saddam Hussein, but he obviously doesn’t have Mick Jagger under his thumb. Dubya’s advance team is said to have hoped to put the President up in the Royal Suite at the Imperial Hotel in Vienna when he attends a summit of European leaders in June. But Jagger already has booked the $6,400-a-night pad and isn’t budging. "Mick is performing in the city at the same time as the summit," a source close to the rocker told London’s Telegraph. "White House officials had wanted to reserve the suite and all the other rooms on the first floor, but Mick and the Rolling Stones had bagged every one of them. Bush’s people seemed to be under the impression that they would just hand over the suites, but there was no way Mick was going to do that." Indeed, the 62-year-old singer leaves little doubt about his political leanings on the Stones’ album "A Bigger Bang." "You call yourself a Christian, I call you a hypocrite," Jagger sings. "You call yourself a patriot, well I think you are full of s—." Reps for the Stones and the White House had no immediate comment. An Imperial rep says Secret Service agents inspected the hotel but confirms Bush won’t be staying there. Jagger should find the suite to his liking. It features a 7-foot, 4-inch bed — which should nicely fit Mick’s girlfriend, L’Wren Scott, who stands 6-foot-4. Side Dish Kevin Dillon‘s "Entourage" buds flew to Vegas to help him celebrate his quickie wedding to pregnant girlfriend Jane Stewart last weekend at the Elvis wedding chapel. He insisted, "We’re just good friends." … Jay-Z pal Tyran (Ty-Ty) Smith ‘fessed up yesterday in Manhattan Criminal Court to pepper-spraying four bodyguards of Z’s rival, R. Kelly, at Madison Square Garden in October 2004. Smith had been charged with assault, but was allowed to plead guilty to disorderly conduct for four days of community service.
